विकलेन्द्रिय, तिथंच पंचेन्द्रिय और मनुष्यों के योग्य २५ प्रकृतियों का बंघ देव नहीं करते हैं। क्योंकि उक्त अपर्याप्त जीवों में देव उत्पन्न नहीं होते हैं । अत: सामान्य से २५ और २६ प्रकृतिक, इनमें से प्रत्येक बंघस्थान में नौ उदयरथानों की अपेक्षा ४० सत्तास्थान होते हैं।
२३, २५ और. २६ प्रकृतिक बंधस्थानों को बतलाने के बाद अब २८ प्रकृतिक बंधस्थान के उदय व सत्तास्थान बतलाते हैं कि "अट्ट चउरट्ठवीसे" अर्थात् आठ उदयस्थान और चार सत्तास्थान होते हैं । आठ उदयस्थान इस प्रकार की संख्या वाले हैं–२१,२५,२६,२७,२८,२६,३०
और ३१ प्रकृतिक । २८ प्रकृतिक बंधस्थान के दो भेद हैं-१. देवगतिप्रायोग्य, २. नरकमति-प्रायोग्य ! इनमें से देवगति के योग्य २८ प्रकृतियों का बन्ध होते समय नाना जीवों की अपेक्षा उपर्युक्त आठों ही उदयस्थान होते हैं और नरकगति के योग्य प्रकृतियों का बंध होते समय ३० और ३१ प्रकृतिक, ये दो ही उदयस्थान होते हैं ।
