Sangha
The absence of Samyaktva (right belief) has occurred and will not occur again. The second Anadisanta Bhanga (beginningless and endless destruction) occurs with respect to the Bhavya Jiva (spiritual aspirant) who has Anadimithyadrsti (beginningless false belief). Because, after the attainment of Samyaktva, the rise of his Mithyatva (false belief) is absent. But when Samyaktva is lost and Mithyatva arises again, and then Samyaktva is attained again, the rise of Mithyatva ends. Thus, the rise of Mithyatva after the loss of Samyaktva is Sadisanta (with a beginning and an end), and the cessation of that Mithyatva due to the attainment of Samyaktva again is Sadisanta. In this situation, the fourth Bhanga, Sadisanta Mithyatva, occurs.
However, in the Dhruvabandhi (permanent bondage) Prakritis, except for the third Bhanga, the remaining three Bhangas occur: "Dhruvabandhesu taiyadhaja bhangatiggam." That is, in the Dhruvabandhi Prakritis, the first is Anadyananta (beginningless and endless), the second is Anadisanta (beginningless and with an end), and the fourth is Sadisanta (with a beginning and an end). These three Bhangas are as follows: for the Abhavya (spiritually incapable), the bondage of Dhruvabandhi Prakritis is beginningless and never becomes unbinding, hence the first Anadyananta Bhanga occurs; and for the Bhavya (spiritual aspirant) too, although the bondage of Dhruvabandhi Prakritis is beginningless, with the ascent of Gunasthanas (stages of spiritual development), the dissociation of Prakritis occurs, resulting in the second Anadisanta Bhanga; and in the subsequent Gunasthanas, it becomes unbinding, and then again becomes binding, hence the fourth Sadisanta Bhanga occurs.
'Duhavi aghuvva turiyabhanga' means that in both types of Adhruva (non-permanent) Prakritis - Adhruvabandhi (non-permanently bound) and Adhruvaudayi (non-permanently arising) - the fourth Bhanga occurs.
