गाथार्थ - स्त्यानद्धित्रिक, अनंतानुबंधी कषाय और मिथ्यात्व समय का सम्यक्त्व सहित चारित्र प्राप्त करने के अभिमुख मिथ्यादृष्टि जघन्य अनुभाग बंध करते हैं। देशविरति चारित्र के सम्मुख हुआ अविरत सम्यग्दृष्टि दूसरी कषाय का और सर्वविरति चारित्र के सन्मुख होने वाला देश - विरति तीसरी कषाय का और प्रमत्तसंयत अरति व शोक मोहनीय का जघन्य अनुभाग बंध करता है ।
विशेषार्थ - उत्कृष्ट अनुभाग बंध के स्वामियों को बतलाकर इस गाथा से जघन्य अनुभाग बंध के स्वामियों का कथन प्रारम्भ करते हैं ।
पूर्व में यह बतलाया गया है कि विशुद्ध परिणामों से अशुभ प्रकृतियों का जघन्य अनुभाग बंध और संक्लेश परिणामों से शुभ प्रकृतियों का जघन्य अनुभाग बंध होता है। इस गाथा में जिन प्रकृतियों का जघन्य अनुभाग बंध लाया है, वे सब अशुभ प्रकृतियां है। अतः उनका अनुभाग बंध करने वाले स्वामियों के लिये विशेषण दिया है'हो' संयम के अभिमुख मनुष्य, जो गाया में बताई गई अशुभ प्रकृतियों के जघन्य अनुभाग बंध का स्वामी है ।
