कोड़ी सागरोपम है-'पढमागिइसंघयणे दस' तथा इनके सिवाय दूसरे से लेकर छठे संस्थान और दूसरे से लेकर छठे संहनन तक प्रत्येक की उत्कृष्ट स्थिति पहले से दूसरे, दूसरे से तीसरे इस प्रकार दो-दो सागरोपम को अधिक है-'दुसुवरिमेसु दुगवुड्ढी' अर्थात् दूसरे संस्थान और दूसरे संहनन की उत्कृष्ट स्थिति बारह कोड़ा-कोड़ी सागरोपम, तीसरे संस्थान और तीसरे संहनन को उत्कृष्ट स्थिति चौदह कोड़ा-कोड़ी सागरोपम, इसी प्रकार चौथे की मोलह, पांचवें की अठारह और छठे की बीस कोडाकोड़ी सागरोपम उत्कृष्ट थिति है । जो नामकर्म की उत्कृष्ट स्थिति है ।
संस्थान और संहनन के भेदों को उत्कृष्ट स्थिति की इस प्रकार की क्रम वृद्धि होने का कारण कषाय की हीनाधिकता है। जब जीव के भाव अधिक संक्लिष्ट होते हैं तब स्थितिबंध भी अधिक होता है और जब कम मंक्लिष्ट होते हैं तब स्थितिबंध भी कम होता है इसीलिये प्रशस्त प्रकृतियों की स्थिति कम और अप्रशस्त प्रकृतियों की स्थिति अधिक होती है । क्योंकि उनका बंध प्रशस्त परिणाम वाले जीव के ही होता है।

शब्दार्थ-चालीस-चालोस कोडाकोड़ी सागरोपम, कसाएसु-कपायों को, मिजलहुनिख-मटु, लघ, स्निग्ध स्पर्श, उष्ट सुरहि – उष्ण स्पर्श, सुरभिगंध को, सियमहरे • वेन वर्ण और मधुर रस की, दस-दस कोसाकोड़ी सागरोपम, दोसहसहिया -- हाई कोड़ा-कोडी सागरोपम अधिक, ते--वे (दसै कोड़ाकोड़ी सागरोपम), हालिखिलाईणं--पीत वर्ण, अम्ल रस आदि ।

The Koḍa-koḍi Sagaropama for the first institution is 'Padmāgi-saṁghayanē dasa' (ten Koḍa-koḍi Sagaropama). **Translation:** Forty Koḍa-koḍi Sagaropama for the Kṣayas, which are soft, smooth, warm, fragrant, white in color, and sweet in taste. Ten Koḍa-koḍi Sagaropama for each of these. Two thousand Koḍa-koḍi Sagaropama more for those (ten Koḍa-koḍi Sagaropama) which are yellow in color, sour in taste, etc.
