और पाँच ह्रस्वाक्षर (अ, इ, उ, ऋ, लृ ) के उच्चारण करने जितने समय का शैलेशीकरण' करने के नाम, गोत्र और आयु) का सर्वथा क्षय कर देते हैं और उन कर्मों का क्षय होते हो वे एक समय मात्र की ऋजुगति से ऊपर की ओर सिद्धि क्षेत्र में चले जाते हैं ।
जिस प्रकार मिट्टी के लेपों से युक्त तुम्बा लेपों के हट जाने पर अपने स्वभावानुसार जल के तल से ऊपर की ओर चला आता है और जल की ऊपरी सतह पर स्थिर हो जाता है उसी प्रकार कर्ममल के हट जाने से शुद्ध आत्मा भी ऊर्ध्वगति करने का स्वभाव होने से ऊपर लोक के अग्रभाग तक गति करके वहाँ स्थित हो जाता है ।
शुद्ध आत्मा के लोक के अग्रभाग में स्थित होने का कारण यह है कि लोक' के अन्त से आगे गति सहायक कारण धर्मास्तिकाय का अभाव है । इसलिए मुक्त जीव ऊपर लोकान्त तक ही गति करते हैं ।
स्थूल और सूक्ष्म किसी किस्म को भी मानसिक, वाचिक, कायिक क्रिया मी नहीं होती और वह स्थिति बाद में जाती नहीं है । इस ध्यान के प्रभाव से सब आ और बन्ध का निरोध होकर सम्पूर्ण कर्म क्षीण हो जाने से मोक्ष प्राप्त होता है ।
१. शैलेशी मैः तस्येयम् स्थिरतावस्था साम्यात् शैले
यहा, सर्वसंवरणीलेश, आत्मा तस्येयं योगनिरोधावस्था शैलेशी, तस्यां करणं वेदनीय, नाम, गोत्र कमंत्रस्यासंख्य गुणया श्रेण्या निर्जरण शैलेशीकरणम् ।
