पूर्व में विवक्षितकर्मका बन्ध नहीं होता था, किन्तु बादमें होने लगा वह अवक्तव्यबन्ध है। जैसे उपशान्तमोह गुणस्थानमें मोहनीयकर्मका बन्ध नहीं होता था वहाँ से गिरनेपर मोहनीयक्रमका बन्ध होने लगा वह अवक्तव्यबन्ध है। (गाथा ४७० टीका) परभवसम्बन्धी आयुकी उपरिमस्थितिमें स्थित द्रव्यका अपकर्षणद्वारा नीचे (आबाधाकालके बाहर) पतन करना अवलम्बनकरण है। (ध. पु. १० पृ. ३३०-३१) (गाथा १५९ टीका) परभवसम्बन्धी आयुका अपकर्षण होने पर भी उसका पतन आबाधाकालके भीतर न होकर आबाधासे ऊपर स्थित स्थिति-निषेकों में ही होता है अतः अपकर्षण से भिन्न अवलम्बनाकरण है। (गाथा ४४६ टीका) भुजाकार या अल्पतरबन्ध होनेपर जितनी प्रकृतियोंका बन्ध होता है पश्चात् उतनी ही प्रकृतियोंका बन्ध होवे वह अवस्थितबन्ध है। (गाथा ४६९, ५६४) अधिक प्रकृतियोंका बन्ध करनेवाला पश्चात् अल्प प्रकृतियोंका बन्ध करने लगे वह अल्पतरबन्ध है। (गाथा ४६९, ५६३) केवल जिसकी प्रभा अर्थात् किरणोंमें उष्णपना हो। (गाधा ३३) पुद्गलद्रव्यकर्म जबतक उदयरूप नहीं होता तब-तक उदय आबाधा
