विशेष - कर्मबन्ध होनेके पश्चात् जितने कालतक उदय व उदीरणारूप नहीं हो सके उस काल को आबाधाकाल कहते हैं। अर्थात् वह आबाधाकाल दो प्रकार का है- १. उदयआबाधाकाल २. उदीरणाआबाधाकाल।
उदध पडि सत्तह, आबाहा कोडिकोडिं उवहीणं ।
वाससयं तप्पडिभागेण य सेसट्ठिदीणं च ।।९१५ ।। अर्थ – उदयकी अपेक्षा आयुबिना शेष सात मूलप्रकृतियोंकी एक कोड़ाकोड़ी-सागरस्थितिकी आबाधा १०० वर्ष है। शेष स्थितियों की आबाधा भी इसी प्रतिभागसे जानना चाहिए।
विशेषार्थ - एककोडाकोड़ीसागरस्थितिकी आबाधा १०० वर्ष है तो ज्ञानावरण, दर्शनावरण, वेदनीय व अन्तरायसम्बन्धी ३० कोड़ाकोड़ीसागरस्थितिकी कितनी आबाधा होगी? इस प्रकार यहाँ प्रमाणराशि १ कोड़ाकोडीसागर, फलराशि १०० वर्ष और इच्छाराशि ३० कोड़ाकोड़ीसागर है सो फलराशि से इच्छाराशि को गुणाकर प्रमाण-राशिका भाग देने पर ३० कोडाकोड़ीसागर ४१०० एक कोड़ाकोड़ी सागर =३००० वर्ष की आबाधा होती है। इसी प्रकार मोहनीयकर्म की ७० कोड़ाकोड़ीसागरस्थितिसम्बन्धी आबाधा ७००० वर्ष होती है। नाम व गोत्रकर्मकी २० कोड़ाकोड़ीसागर प्रमाण स्थितिकी आबाधा २००० वर्ष होती है।
अंतोकोडाकोडिट्ठिदिस्स अंतोमुहुत्तमाबाधा ।
संखेजगुणविहीणं, सब्वजहण्णविदिस्स हवे ।।९१६ । अर्थ - अन्त: कोड़ाकोड़ीसागरप्रमाण स्थितिकी आबाधा अन्तर्मुहूर्तमात्र है तथा जधन्यस्थितिकी आबाधा अन्तर्मुहूर्त के संख्यातवेंभाग है। आगे आयुकर्मसम्बन्धी आबाधा कहते हैं
पुव्वाणं कोडितिभागादासंखेपअद्ध वोत्ति हवे ।
आउस्स य आबाहा, ण हिदिपडिभागमाउस्स ।।९१७ ।। अर्थ - आयकर्मकी आबाधा कोटिपूर्ववर्षके तृतीयभागसे असंक्षेपाद्धापर्यन्त जानना। आयुकर्मकी आबाधा आयुके प्रतिभागरूप नहीं होती।
विशेषार्थ - कोटिपूर्ववर्षकी आबाधा जिसका त्रिभाग है तो तीन पल्यकी स्थितिकी आवाधा कितनी होगी ? इसप्रकार स्थितिका प्रतिभागकरके आयुकर्मकी आबाधा का प्रमाण सिद्ध नहीं होता अतः जितनी भुज्यमान आयु अवशेष रहने पर पर-भवकी आयु बँधे उतनी ही बध्यमान आयुकी आबाधाका
