अर्थ उन बन्ध-उदय और सत्त्वसम्बन्धी भोंमें गुणस्थानोंकी अपेक्षा मिश्र, अपूर्वकरण और

अनिवृत्तिकरण इन तीन गुणस्थानों में दूसरा भङ्ग, मिश्रगुणस्थान बिना अप्रमत्तपर्यन्त शेष पाँचगुणस्थानोंमें आठ-आठके बन्ध-उदय सत्त्वरूप पहला और सातके बन्ध तथा आठ-आठके उदय और सत्त्वरूप दूसरा भक्त है। सूक्ष्मसाम्परायगुणस्थानमें तीसरा, उपशान्तकषायमें ४ था, क्षीणकषायगुणस्थानमें पाँचवाँ, सयोगीगुणस्थानमें छठा और अयोगीगुणस्थानमें सातवाँ भन्न है।
विशेषार्थ बन्ध - उदय-सत्त्वके भङ्गोंमें गुणस्थानों की अपेक्षा मिश्रगुणस्थानमें, अपूर्वकरण और अनिवृत्तिकरण में सातमूल प्रकृतियोंका बन्ध और आठ प्रकृतियोंका उदय व सत्त्व ऐसा दूसरा भङ्ग तथा मिश्रगुणस्थान बिना शेष मिथ्यादृष्टिआदिसे अप्रमत्तपर्यन्त छह गुणस्थानोंमें आठ-आठका ही बन्धउदयन सत्रा और सात अन्य तथा ८ का उदय व सत्त्व ऐसे दूसरा भंग पाया जाता है। सूक्ष्मसाम्परायमें ६ का बन्ध तथा ८ का उदय व सत्त्व, उपशान्तकषायगुणस्थानमें एक्का बन्ध और '७ का उदय व ८ का सत्त्व, क्षीणकषायगुणस्थानमें एकका बन्ध व ७ का उदय तथा ७ का सत्त्व, योगगुणस्थानमें एकका बन्ध, ४ का उदय और चारका सत्त्व, अयोगीगुणस्थान में बन्धशून्य तथा उदय - सत्त्व ४-४ का है।
