गोम्मटसार कर्मकाण्ड - ५४४
अर्थ - अयोगकेवलीके उदययोग्य १२ प्रकृतिमेंसे वेदनीय, आयु और गोत्र ये तीनप्रकृतियाँ कम करनेपर नामकर्मकी शेष ९ प्रकृतियाँ उदययोग्य हैं तथा जिसके तीर्थंकरप्रकृति भी नहीं हो तो उसके ८ प्रकृति ही उदययोग्य हैं।
आगे नामकर्मके उदयस्थानोंमें भङ्ग कहते हैं

ठाणे संहडणे विहायजुम्मे य चरिमचदुजुम्मे । अविरुद्धेक्कदरादो उदयट्टाणेसुभंगा हु ।। ५९९ ।
अर्थ - ६ संस्थान व ६ संहननमें से कोई एक - एक संस्थान व संहनन, विहायोगति, सुभग, सुस्वर, आदेय और यशस्कीर्तिरूप पाँच युगलोंमेंसे एक-एक प्रकृतिका ग्रहण करनेपर नामकर्मके भन बनते हैं। इन सभीको परस्परमें गुणा करनेपर ( ६ x ६×२४२४२२४२) १९५२ भङ्ग होते हैं।
अथानन्तर उपर्युक्त भङ्गोंमेंसे नारकादि ४९ जीवपदोंमें पाए जाने वाले भङ्गोंको तीन गाथाओंसे कहते हैं
तत्थासत्था णारयसाहरणसुहुमगे अपुण्णे य । सेसेगविगलऽसण्णीजुदठाणे जसजुगे भंगा ॥ ६००॥
अर्थ उन उदयप्रकृतियों में से नारकी, साधारणवनस्पतिकाय, सर्वसूक्ष्मजीव और लब्ध्यपर्याप्तकर्मे अप्रशस्तप्रकृतियोंका ही उदय है इसकारण उनके पाँचोंकाल (जिनका कथन गाथा ५८३ में किया गया है) सम्बन्धी सभी उदयस्थानोंमें एक-एक भंग है। शेष एकेन्द्रिय, विकलेन्द्रिय और असञ्ज्ञीपञ्चेन्द्रियमें अयशस्कीर्तिबिना पूर्वकथित अप्रशस्तप्रकृतियोंका उदय तो है ही, किन्तु यशस्कीर्तिअयशस्कीर्तिमेंसे किसी एकका उदय होनेसे उदयस्थानोंमें दो-दो भङ्ग हो जाते हैं अर्थात् एक यशस्कीर्तिसहित और दूसरा अयशस्कीर्तिसहित इस प्रकार दो भन्न जानना ।
सणिम्मि मणुस्सम्मि य ओघेक्कदरं तु केवले वजं । सुभगादेज्जजसाणि य तित्थजुदे सत्थमेदीदि ॥ ६०१ ॥

अर्थ – सञ्ज्ञीजीवोंमें तथा मनुष्यके छहसंस्थान, छहसंहनन और पूर्वोक्त विहायोगति आदि पाँचयुगलोंमें से एक-एक प्रकृतिका उदय पाया जाता है इसलिए सामान्यवत् १९५२ ही भंग होते हैं । केवलज्ञानमें वज्रर्षभनाराचसंहनन, सुभग, आदेय और यशस्कीर्ति इन चारका ही उदय होता है अतः केवलज्ञानसम्बन्धी स्थानोंमें छहसंस्थान तथा स्वर और विहायोगतिरूप दोयुगलोंमें से एक-एक प्रकृतिके उदयापेक्षा २४ - २४ ही भंग जानने एवं तीर्थंकरप्रकृतिसहित केवलीके अन्तिम पाँचसंस्थान,
