अथ स्थानसमुत्कीर्तनाधिकार
त्रिचूलिका अधिकार का कथन पूर्णकर आचार्य इष्टदेव को नमस्कार करके स्थानसमुत्कीर्तन अधिकार के कहने की प्रतिज्ञा करते हैं---
णमिऊण णेमिणाहं, सच्चजुहिद्विरणमंसियंघिजुगं। ... बंधुदयसत्तजुत्त, ठाणसमुक्तित्तणं वोच्छं॥४५१ ।।
अर्थ- प्रत्यक्ष वन्दना करने वाले सत्यवादी युधिष्ठिरनामा पाण्डव द्वारा जिनके चरणकमलों को वन्दन किया गया है ऐसे श्री नेमिनाथभगवान को नमस्कार करके मैं (नेमिचन्द्राचार्य) प्रकृत्तियों के बन्धउदय और सत्त्व सहित स्थानसमुत्कीर्तन कहूँगा।
विशेषार्थ- शंका- स्थानसमुत्कीर्तन अधिकार कहने का क्या प्रयोजन है?
समाधान-- पूर्व में प्रकृति समुत्कीर्तन अधिकार में जो प्रकृतियाँ कहीं उनका बंध क्रम से होता है या अक्रम से होता है, ऐसा प्रश्न होने पर इस प्रकार होता है' इस बात को जानने के लिए स्थान समुत्कीर्तनाधिकार कहा जाता है।
शंका- स्थान किसे कहते हैं?
समाधान- जिसमें प्रकृतियाँ रहती हैं उसे अर्थात् प्रकृतियों के समुदाय को स्थान कहते हैं।' वे प्रकृतिस्थान (१) बंधस्थान, (२) उदयस्थान, और (३) सत्त्वस्थान के भेद से तीन प्रकार के होते हैं। एक जीव के एक काल में जितनी प्रकृतियों का बंध, उदय या सत्त्व सम्भव हो उसको स्थान कहते हैं, इसी का कथन इस अधिकार में किया जावेगा।
अब सर्वप्रथम मूलप्रकृतियों के बन्ध-उदय-उदीरणा और सत्व के भेद सहित स्थानों का कथन गुणस्थानों में छह गाथाओं से करते हैं
छसु सगविहमट्ठविहं, कम्मं बंधंति तिसु य सत्तविहं। छव्विहमेकट्ठाणे, तिसु एक्कमबंधगो एको ॥४५२ ॥
