गाथा ५२४-५२६
उत्कृष्ट अंशों के साथ मरकर सानत्कुमार माहेन्द्र स्वर्ग के अन्तिम पटल में चक्रनामक इन्द्रक विमान सम्बन्धी नीबद्ध विमानों में सम्पन्न होता है ।।५२२।। पीतलेश्या के जघन्य अंशों के साथ मरकर सौधर्म ईशान के ऋतु नामक प्रथम इन्द्रक विमान में अथवा तत्सम्बन्धी थेणीबद्ध विमानों में उत्पन्न होता है। पीतलेश्या के मध्यम अंश सहित मरकर विमल नामक द्वितीय इन्द्रक विमान से लेकर सानत्कुमार माहेन्द्र स्वर्ग के द्विचरम पटल के वलभद्र नामक इन्द्रक विमान पर्यन्त उत्पन्न होते हैं ।। ५.३३।।
विशेषार्थ-लेश्या के २६ भेदों अर्थात २६ अंशों में से मध्य के अष्ट ग्रंश आयु बंध के कारण शङ्खा--यह कैसे जाना जाता है ?

समाधान-"अष्टाभिः प्रपकः मध्यमेन परिणामेनाऽऽयुबंध्नाति' अर्थात् पाठ अपकर्षों के द्वारा मध्यम परिणामों से आय का वध करता है ऐसा पार्ष का उपदेश है। शेष १८ अंश गतिविशेष के अथवा पूण्य-पाप विशेष उपचय के हेतु हैं। इस अपेक्षासे भी जाना जाता है कि मध्यम परिणाम अपने-अपने योग्य प्रायुबन्ध के कारण होते हैं । प्रायु कर्मोदय से गतिविशेष प्राप्त होती है। इसलिए गति प्राप्ति में लेण्या कारण है।
उत्कृष्ट शुक्ल लेश्या अंश परिणामों से मरण करके प्रात्मा सर्वार्थसिद्धि में जाती है जघन्य शुक्न लेश्या अंश रूप परिणामों से मरण करके शुक्र महाशुक्र शतार सहस्रार स्वर्ग में जाती है । मध्यम शुक्ल लेश्या रूप परिणामों से मरण करके सर्वार्थ सिद्धि से पूर्व मानतादि स्वर्गों में उत्पन्न होती है। उत्कृष्ट 'पद्मलेश्या ग्रंश रूप परिणाम से जीव सहस्रार स्वर्ग में उत्पन्न होता है । जघन्य पद्मलेण्या अंश रूप परिणाम से सानत्कुमार माहेन्द्र में उत्पन्न होता है । मध्यम पद्मलेश्या अंश रूप परिणाम से ब्रह्मलोक स्वर्ग को प्रादि करके तार स्वर्ग तक उत्पन्न होते हैं । उत्कृष्ट तेजो लेश्या अंश परिणाम से सानत्कुमार माहेन्द्र कल्प के अन्तिम चक्क-इन्द्रक विमान और तत्सम्बन्धी श्रेणीबद्ध विमानों में उत्पन्न होता है । जघन्य तेजोलेश्या अंश रूप परिणामों से सौधर्मशान कल्प के प्रथम विमान तथा तत्सम्बन्धी श्रेणी विमानों में उत्पन्न होता है। तेजोलेश्या के मध्यम-अंश रूप परिणामों से चन्द्रादि इन्द्रक विमान से तथा तत्सम्बन्धी श्रेणी विमानों से लेकर बलभद्र इन्द्रक विमान व तत्सम्बन्धी श्रेणी विमानों तक उत्पन्न होता है ।।
किण्हवरंसेरण मुदा अवधिछारण म्मि प्रवरअंसमुदा । पंचमचरिमतिमिस्से मज्झे मझेग जायते ।।५२४॥ नीलुक्कस्संसमुदा पंचम अंधियम्मि अवरमुदा । वालुकसंपज्जलिदे मज्झे मझेरण जायते ॥५२५॥ वरकामोसमुदा संजलिदं जांति तदियरिणरयस्स । सोमंत अवरमुदा मज्झे मज्झेरण जायते ।।५२६।।

Dying with the best parts, Sanatkumar Mahendra is born in the last layer of heaven, in the Chakra-named Indraka Vimana, among the bound Vimanas. ||522|| Dying with the worst parts of Pitaleśya, Saudharma Iśāna is born in the first Indraka Vimana called Ritu, or in the bound Vimanas related to it. Dying with the middle parts of Pitaleśya, they are born from the second Indraka Vimana called Vimala, up to the Valabhadra Indraka Vimana in the second last layer of Sanatkumar Mahendra heaven. ||5.33||

Solution- "Aṣṭābhiḥ prapakaḥ madhyamena parināmena āyubandhnāti" i.e. the text says that the middle results, by means of the eight parts, bind the lifespan. This is the teaching of Pārṣva. Dying from the worst parts of the Padma Leśya, it is born in Sanatkumar Mahendra. Dying from the middle parts of the Padma Leśya, they are born from the Brahmaloka heaven up to the Tara heaven. Dying from the best parts of the Tejo Leśya, it is born in the last Chakra-Indraka Vimana of the Sanatkumar Mahendra Kalpa, and in the bound Vimanas related to it. Dying from the worst parts of the Tejo Leśya, it is born in the first Vimana of the Saudharmaśāna Kalpa, and in the bound Vimanas related to it. Dying from the middle parts of the Tejo Leśya, it is born from the Chandradi Indraka Vimana, and from the bound Vimanas related to it, up to the Balabhadra Indraka Vimana and the bound Vimanas related to it. ||
