संख्यातगुणवृद्धियों का काण्डकवर्ग और काण्डक (१६+४) जाकर अनन्तगुणवृद्धि का स्थान होता है ॥२२३॥ यहाँ सर्वत्र अंगुल के असंख्यातवें भाग प्रमाण कापइक को अङ्कसंदृष्टि चार (४) का अङ्क है।
असंख्यात गुणवृद्धि काण्डक प्रमाण जाकर अनन्त गुणवृद्धि का स्थान उत्पन्न होता है ।।११६॥
शङ्का--- संख्यात भागवृद्धि क्रम से बढ़ते हुए जघन्य स्थान कितना अध्वान जाकर दुगुणा हो जाता है ?
समाधान - अज्ञानी जनों को बुद्धि उत्पन्न कराने के लिए तीन प्रकार से दुगुणवृद्धि की प्ररूपणा की गई है। वह स्थूल, सूक्ष्म और मध्यम के भेद से तीन प्रकार है। स्थल प्ररूपणा इस प्रकार है-जघन्य स्थान के प्रागे उत्कृष्ट संख्यात प्रमाग संख्यात भाग वद्धि स्थानों के बं दुगुण वृद्धि होती है, क्योंकि उत्कृष्ट संख्यात प्रमाण संख्यात प्रक्षेपों से एक जघन्य स्थान के उत्पन्न होने से वृद्धिजनित जघन्य स्थान के साथ अोघ जघन्य स्थान उससे दुगुणा हो जाता है।
शङ्का यह प्ररूपणा स्थून कैसे है ?
समाधान-क्योंकि इसमें पिशुल आदिकों को छोड़कर प्रक्षेपों से ही उत्पन्न जघन्य स्थान से दुगुणत्व की प्ररूपणा की गई है ।
मध्यम प्ररूपणा इस प्रकार है-अंगुल के असंख्यातवें भाग मात्र संख्यात भाग वृद्धिस्थानों में उत्कृष्ट संख्यात मात्र संख्यात भाग वृद्धिस्थानों के प्रथम स्थान से लेकर रचना करनी चाहिए। उनमें उत्कृष्ट संख्यात का तीन चतुर्थ भाग मात्र (1) अध्वान आगे जाकर दुगुण वृद्धि होती है। उत्कृष्ट संख्या के लिए संदृष्टि में सोलह (१६) अङ्क ग्रहण किये जाते हैं। उत्कृष्ट संख्यात का जघन्य स्थान में भाग देने पर संख्यातभागवृद्धि होती है। उसको जघन्य स्थान में मिलाने पर प्रथम संख्यातभागवृद्धि स्थान होता है। दो प्रक्षेपों और एक पिशुल को जघन्य स्थ मिलाने पर द्वितीय संख्यातभाग वृद्धि स्थान उत्पन्न होता है। तीन प्रक्षेपों, तीन पिशुलों और एक पिशुलापिशुल को जघन्यस्थान में मिलाने पर तृतीय संख्यातभाग वृद्धिस्थान होता है। चार प्रक्षेपों, छह पिशुलों, चार पिशुलापिशुलों और एक पिशुलापिशुलपिशुल को जघन्य स्थान में मिलाने पर चतुर्थ संख्यात भाग वद्धि स्थान होता है। इस प्रकार से प्रागे भी जानकर लेजाना चाहिए। विशेष इतना है कि प्रक्षेप एकसे लेकर एक अधिक क्रमसे बढ़ते हैं। पिशुल एक कम बीते हुए अध्वान के संकलन स्वरूप से बढ़ते हैं। पिशुलापिशुल दो कम गये हुए अध्वान के द्वितीय बार संकलन के स्वरूप से बढ़ते हैं। पिशुलापि शुलपिशुल तीन कम गये हुए अध्वान के तृतीय बार संकलन स्वरूप से जाते हैं। इस प्रकार से आगे भी कहना चाहिए। उनकी यह संदृष्टि है
