चिरकाल तक अबस्थान के बिना उसी समय विलय देखा जाता है। यह संयम का घात नहीं करता, क्योंकि वह मन्द अनुभाग स्वरूप होता है, किन्तु संयम की अतिविशुद्धता (अत्यन्त शुद्धि) का प्रतिबन्धक है, क्योंकि उसका प्रमादादि रूप मल के उत्पन्न करने में व्यापार होता है।'
जो जीत्र अन्त महत काल का उल्लंबन कर अर्धमास के भीतर तक श्रोध का वेदन करता है वह नियम से बालुकारेखा के समान क्रोध का अनुभव करता है, क्योंकि बालुकारेखा के समान क्रोध परिणाम का अन्तमुहर्त को उल्लंघन कर अर्धमास के भीतर तक अवस्थान देखा जाता है। कषाय के उदय से उत्पन्न हुए शल्य रूप से परिगत कलुष परिणाम के उतने काल तक अवस्थाम को देख कर ऐसा कहा गया है। अन्यथा क्रोधोपयोग के अवस्थान काल के अन्तमुहूर्त प्रमाण कथन करनेवाले सूत्र के साथ विरोव आता है। यह क्रोध परिणाम का भेद अनुभव में प्राता हुआ संयम का घात करके जोव को संयमासंघम में स्थापित करता है ।
जो जीव नियम से अर्धमास बिताकर छह माह के भीतर तक क्रोध का बेदन करता है, क्योंकि उससे उत्पन्न हश्रा संस्कार पृथिवीभेद के समान छह माह के भीतर तक अवस्थित देखा जाता है। वह पृथिवी रेखा के समान तृतीय क्रोध है। यहाँ पर भी कषायपरिणाम शल्य रूप से मात्र छह मास तक अवस्थित रहता है। अन्यथा सूत्र के साथ विरोध आता है । यह क्रोध परिणाम अनुभव में प्राता हुआ जीव में संयमासंयम का घात कर जीव को सम्यक्त्व में स्थापित करता है।
किसी के प्रति उत्पन्न हुआ क्रोध श्यत्य होकर हृदय में स्थित हुना, पुन: संस्थात, प्रसंख्यात और अनन्त पर्वों के द्वारा उसी जाव को देखकर प्रकृष्ट ऋध को प्राप्त होता है, क्योंकि उससे उत्पन्न हुए संस्कार का निकाचित रूप से उतने काल तक अवस्थित रहने में विरोध का अभाव है। उक्त प्रकार का क्रोधपरिणाम पर्वतरेखा के समान है। क्योंकि पर्वत शिलाभेद के समान उसका अनन्त काल के द्वारा पुनः सन्धान (जोड़) उपलब्ध नहीं होता। बेदन में प्राता हुया यह क्रोध परिणाम सम्यक्त्व सम्यग्दर्शन) का घात कर मिथ्यात्व भाव में स्थापित करता है। सबसेतीव्र अनुभाग बाला यह चौथा क्रोधभेद है।
यद्यपि उदकराजि, धूलिराजि, पृथिवीराजि और पर्वतराजि के उपयुक्त लक्षणों का तथा संज्वलन, प्रत्याख्यानावरण, अप्रत्याख्यानावरण और अनन्तानुवन्धी क्रोध के लक्षणों का परस्पर सारश्य है, तथापि उदकराजि आदि क्रोध और संज्वलन आदि क्रोध में अन्तर है। असंज्ञी के पाषाणराजिब प्रथिवीराजि का बन्ध व उदय नहीं है तथापि अनन्तानबन्धी व अप्रत्याख्यान बन्ध व उदय पाया जाता है। अप्रत्याख्यानाबरण के उदय के अभाव में अप्रत्याख्यानावरण का बन्ध नहीं होता किन्तु पृथिवी राजि (विस्थानिक) के उदयाभाव में पृथिवीराजि (त्रिस्थानिक) का वन्ध होना है। नरकादि गतियों में उत्पत्ति के प्रथम समय में बहुलता की अपेक्षा क्रोधादिक के उदय का नियम
