आदिपुराणम् विश्वव्यापी जगदर्ता विश्वविश्व विभुः । विश्वतोऽभिमयं ज्योतिर्विश्वयोनिर्वियोनिकः ॥३२॥ हिरण्यगर्भो भगवान् वृषभो वृषभध्वजः । परमेष्ठी परं तस्वं परमात्मात्म भूरसि ॥३३॥ स्वमिनस्त्वमधिज्योति स्वमीशस्त्वमयोनिजः । अजरस्स्वमनादिस्त्वमनन्तस्त्वं स्वमच्युतः ॥३४॥ त्वमक्षर स्वमनस्यस्त्वमनक्षोऽस्यनक्षरः । विष्णुर्जिष्णुर्विजिष्णुश्च स्वं स्वयंभूः स्वयंप्रभः ॥३५॥ त्वं शंभुः शंभवः शंयुः शंवदः शंकरो हरः । हरिमोहासुरारिश्च तमोऽरिमध्यभास्करः ॥३६॥ पुराणः कविराग्रस्त्वं योगी योगविदां वरः । त्वं शरण्यो वरेण्योन्यस्त्वं पूतः पुण्यनायकः ॥३७॥ त्वं योगारमा 'सयोगश्च सिद्धो बुद्धो निन्दवः । सूक्ष्मी निरंजनः कन्जसंजातो जिनकुंजरः ॥३८॥ छन्दो विच्छन्दसां" कर्ता वेदविद्वदतां वरः । वार्चस्पतिरधर्मारिधर्मादिर्धर्मनायकः ॥३९॥
स्रष्टा हैं, विधाता हैं, ईश्वर हैं, सबसे उत्कृष्ट हैं, पवित्र करनेवाले हैं, आदि पुरुष हैं, जगत्के ईश हैं, जगत्में शोभायमान हैं और विश्वतोमुत्र अर्थात् सर्वदर्शी हैं ॥३१॥ आप समस्त संसारमें व्याप्त हैं, जगत्के भर्ता हैं, समस्त पदार्थोंको देखनेवाले हैं, सबकी रक्षा करनेवाले हैं, विभु हैं, सब ओर फैली हुई आत्मज्योतिको धारण करनेवाले हैं, सबकी योनिस्वरूप हैं-सबके ज्ञान आदि गुणोंको उत्पन्न करनेवाले हैं और स्वयं अयोनिरूप हैं-पुनर्जन्मसे रहित हैं ॥३२॥ आप ही हिरण्यगर्भ अर्थात् ब्रह्मा हैं, भगवान हैं, वृषभ हैं, वृषभ चिह्नसे युक्त हैं, परमेष्ठी हैं, परमतत्त्व हैं, परमात्मा हैं, और आत्मभू-अपने-आप उत्पन्न होनेवाले हैं ॥३३॥ आप ही स्वामी हैं, उत्कृष्ट ज्योतिस्वरूप हैं, ईश्वर हैं, अयोनिज-योनिके बिना उत्पन्न होनेवाले हैं, जरारहित हैं, आदिरहित हैं, अन्तरहित हैं और अच्युत हैं।॥३४।। आप ही अक्षर अर्थात् अविनाशी हैं, अक्षय्य अर्थात् क्षय होनेके अयोग्य हैं, अनक्ष अर्थात् इन्द्रियोंसे रहित हैं, अनक्षर अर्थात् शब्दागोचर हैं, विष्णु अर्थात् व्यापक हैं, जिष्णु अर्थात् कर्मरूप शत्रुओंको जीतनेवाले हैं, विजिष्णु अर्थात् सर्वोत्कृष्ट स्वभाववाले हैं, स्वयम्भू अर्थात् स्वयं बुद्ध हैं, और स्वयम्प्रभ अर्थात् अपने-आप ही प्रकाशमान हैं-असहाय, केवलज्ञानके धारक हैं ॥३५।। आप ही शम्भु हैं, शम्भव हैं, शंयु-सुखी हैं, शंवद हैं-सुख या शान्तिका उपदेश देनेवाले हैं, शंकर हैं-शान्तिके करनेवाले हैं, हर हैं, मोहरूपी असुरके शत्रु हैं, अज्ञानरूप अन्धकारके अरि हैं और भव्य जीवोंके लिए उत्तम सूर्य हैं ॥३६॥ आप पुराण है-सबसे पहले के हैं, आद्य कवि हैं, योगी हैं, योगके जाननेवालोंमें श्रेष्ठ हैं, सबको शरण देनेवाले हैं, श्रेष्ठ हैं, अग्रेसर हैं, पवित्र हैं, और पुण्यके नायक हैं ॥३७॥ आप योगस्वरूप हैं-ध्यानमय हैं, योगसहित हैं-आत्मपरिष्पन्दसे सहित है, सिद्ध हैं-कृतकृत्य हैं, बुद्ध हैं-केवलज्ञानसे सहित हैं, सांसारिक उत्सवोंसे रहित हैं, सूक्ष्म हैं-छद्मस्थज्ञानके अगम्य हैं, निरंजन हैं-कर्मकलंकसे रहित हैं, गर्भ में कमलकर्णिकापर उत्पन्न हुए हैं अतः ब्रह्मरूप हैं और जिनवरोंमें श्रेष्ठ हैं ।।३८॥ आप द्वादशांगरूप वेदोंके जाननेवाले हैं, द्वादशांगरूप वेदोंके कर्ता हैं,आगमके जाननेवाले हैं, वक्ताओंमें सर्वश्रेष्ठ हैं, वचनोंके स्वामी हैं,
