षोडश पर्व श्रीदेवीमियंदानीतं पनादिसरसां पयः + हेमारविन्दकिअल्कपुञ्जसंजातरजनम् ॥२१२॥ यद्वारि 'सारसं हारिकलारस्वादु सोत्पलम् । यच्च तन्मौक्तिकोद्गारेशारं लावणसैन्धवम् ॥२१३॥ .. पास्ता नन्दीश्वरद्वीपे वाप्यो नन्दोत्तरादयः । सुप्रसन्नोदकास्तासामापो याश्च विकल्मषाः ॥१४॥ यश्चाम्भः संभृतं क्षीरसिन्धानन्दीश्वरार्णवात् । स्वयंभूरमणाब्धेश्न दिन्यः कुम्भर्हिरण्मयैः ॥२१॥ इत्याम्ना तैर्जलेरेभिरभिषिक्तो जगद्गुरुः । स्वयंपूततमैरङ्गैरपुनान तानि केवलम् ॥२१६॥ सुरैरावर्जिता वारां धारा मुनि विभोरमात् । राजलक्ष्म्या 'निवेशोऽयमिति धारव पातिता ॥२१७॥ चराचरगुरोमूनि पतन्त्यो रेजुर'छटाः । जगत्तापच्छिदः स्वच्छा गुणानामिव संपदः ॥२१॥ सुरेन्द्ररभिषिक्तस्य सलिलैः"सौरसैन्धवैः । निसर्गशुचिगात्रस्य पराशुद्धिरभूद् विभोः ॥२१५॥ नाकीन्द्राः क्षालयाचक्रु विभोर्लाङ्गानि केवलम् । प्रेक्षकाणां मनोवृति नेत्राण्यपे'धनान्यपि ॥२२०॥
नृत्यत्सुराङ्गनापाङ्गशरास्तस्मिन् प्लवेऽम्भसाम्। पायिता'नुजलं तीव्र यच्चेतांस्यभिदन् नृणाम्॥२२१॥ कुण्डोंसे लाया गया था ।। २११ ॥ श्री ह्री आदि देवियाँ भी पद्म आदि सरोवरोंका जल लायी थीं जो कि सुवर्णमय कमलोंकी केसरके समूहसे पीतवर्ण हो रहा था । २१२ ।। सायंकालके समय खिलनेवाले सुगन्धित कमलोंकी सुगन्धसे मधुर, अतिशय मनोहर और नील कमलोंसहित तालाबोंका जल लाया गया था। जो बाहर प्रकट हुए मोतियोंके समूहसे अत्यन्त श्रेष्ठ है ऐसा लवणसमुद्रका जल भी लाया गया था ।। २१३ ॥ नन्दीश्वर द्वीपमें जो अत्यन्त स्वच्छ जलसे भरी हुई नन्दोत्तरा आदि वापिकाएँ हैं उनका भी स्वच्छ जल लाया गया था ।।२१४|| इसके सिवाय भीरसमुद्र, नन्दीश्वर समुद्र तथा स्वयम्भूरमण समुद्रका भी जल सुवर्ण के बने हुए दिव्य कलशों में भरकर लाया गया था ।।२१५।। इस प्रकार ऊपर कहे हुए प्रसिद्ध जलसे जगद्गुरु भगवान् वृषभदेवका अभिषेक किया गया था। चूँ कि भगवान्का शरीर स्वयं ही पवित्र था अतः अभिपेकसे वह क्या पवित्र होता ? केवल भगवान्ने ही अपने स्वयं पवित्र अंगोंसे उस जलको पवित्र कर दिया था ॥२१६।। उस समय भगवान के मस्तकपर देवोंके द्वारा छोड़ी हुई जलकी धारा ऐसी शोभायमान हो रही थी मानो उस मस्तकको राज्यलक्ष्मीका आश्रय समझ कर
रही छोडी गयी हो ॥२१७॥चर और अचर पदार्थोंके गुरु भगवान् वृषभदेवके मस्तकपर पड़ती हुई जलकी छटाएँ ऐसी शोभायमान होतीथी मानो संसारका सन्ताप नष्ट करनेबाली और निर्मल गुणोंकी सम्पदाएँ ही हों ।। २१८ ॥ यद्यपि भगवान्का शरीर स्वभावसे ही पवित्र था तथापि इन्दने गंगा नदीके जलसे उसका अभिषेक किया था इसलिए उसकी पवित्रता और अधिक हो गयी थी॥ २१९ ।। उस समय इन्द्रोंने केवल भगवानके अंगोंका ही प्रक्षालन नहीं किया था किन्तु देखनेवाले पुरुपोंकी मनोवृत्ति, नेत्र और शरीरका भी प्रक्षालन किया था। भावार्थ-भगवानका राज्याभिषेक देखने में मनुष्योंके मन, नेत्र तथा समस्त शरीर पवित्र हो गये थे ।। २२० ।। उस समय नृत्य करती हुई देवांगनाओंके कटाक्षरूपी बाण उस जलके प्रवाहमें प्रतिबिम्बित हो रहे थे इसलिए ऐसे मालूम होते थे मानो उनपर तेज पानी रखा गया हो और इसलिए वे मनुष्योंके चित्तको भेदन कर रहे थे। भावार्थ-देवांगनाओंके कटाक्षोंसे देखनेवाले मनुष्योंके चित्त भिद जाते थे ॥ २२१ । भगवान्के शरीरके संसर्गसे
