द्वादशं पर्व
२७१ किमाहुः सरकोत्तुङ्ग सञ्चायतरुसंकुलम् । कलमाषिणि किं कान्तं तवा सालकाननम् ॥२२॥
[ एकालापकमेव ] 'नयनानन्दिनी रूपसंपदं ग्लानिमम्बिके । 'आहारविमुत्सृज्य 'नानाशानामृत सति ॥२२२॥
[क्रियागोपितम् ] अधुना दरमुत्सृज्य केसरी गिरिकन्दरम् । "समुत्पिरसुर्गिरेरनं सटामार" भयानकम् ॥२२३॥ मधुना जगतस्तापममुना गर्मजन्मना । त्वं देवि जगतामेकपावनी भुवनाम्बिका ॥२२४॥ अधुनामरसर्गस्य पीतेऽधिकमुत्सवः । "मानामरसर्गस्थ इत्यचक्रे घटामिति ॥२५॥
[गूडक्रियमिदं श्लोकत्रयम् ] माताने उत्तर दिया 'करेणुका'। भावार्थ-पहले प्रश्नका उत्तर है 'करे+अणुका' अर्थात् हाथमें पतली रेखा अच्छी समझी जाती है और दूसरे प्रश्नका उत्तर है 'करेणुका' अर्थात् हस्तिनीका दूसरा नाम करेणुका है ॥२२०॥ किसी देवीने पूछा-हे मधुर-भाषिणी माता, बताओ कि सीधे, ऊँचे और छायादार वृक्षोंसे भरे हुए स्थानको क्या कहते हैं ? और तुम्हारे शरीरमें सबसे सन्दरअंग क्या है? दोनोंका एकही उत्तर दीजिए। माताने उत्तर दिया कानन ।' अर्थात् सीधे ऊँचे और छायादार वृक्षोंसे व्याप्त स्थानको 'सामानन' (सागौन वृक्षोंका वन ) कहते हैं और हमारे शरीरमें सबसे सुन्दर अङ्ग 'सालकानन' (स+अलक +आनन ) अर्थात् चूर्णकुन्तल [सुगन्धित चूर्ण गानेके योग्य आगेके वाल-जुल्फें] सहित मेरा मुख है ।।२२।। किसी देवीने कहा- माता, हे सति, आप आनन्द देनेवाली अपनी रूप-सम्पत्तिको ग्लानि प्राप्त न कराइए और आहारसे प्रेम छोड़कर अनेक प्रकारका अमृत भोजन कीजिए [इस श्लोकमें 'नय' और 'अशान' ये दोनों क्रियाएँ गूढ़ हैं इसलिए इसे क्रियागुप्त कहते हैं ] ॥२२२॥ हे माता, यह सिंह शीघ्र ही पहाड़की गुफाको छोड़कर उसकी चोटीपर चढ़ना चाहता है और इसलिए अपनी भयंकर सटाओं (गरदनपर-के बाल-अयाल) हिला रहा है। [इस श्लोकमें 'अधुनात्' यह क्रिया गूढ़ रखी गयी है इसलिए यह भी 'क्रियागुप्त' कहलाता है ] IR२३।। हे देवि, गर्भसे उत्पन्न होनेवाले पुत्रके द्वारा आपने ही जगत्का सन्ताप नष्ट किया है इसलिए आप एकही, जगत्को पवित्र करनेवाली हैं और आप ही जगत्की माता हैं। [इस श्लोकमें 'अधुना' यह क्रिया गूढ़ है अतः यह भी क्रियागुप्त श्लोक है ] ॥२२४॥ हे देवि, इस समय देवोंका उत्सव अधिक बढ़ रहा है इसलिए मैं दैत्योंके चक्रमें अरवर्ग अर्थात् अरोंके समूहकी रचना बिलकुल बन्द कर देती हूँ। [चक्रके बीचमें जो खड़ी लकड़ियाँ लगी रहती हैं उन्हें अर कहते हैं । इस श्लोकमें 'अधुनाम्' यह क्रिया गूढ़ है इसलिए यह भी क्रियागुप्त कह
