He proceeds to enumerate the causes of this non-realisation as follows:
"Late Rawal Gulabsingh had taken a loan of Rs. 9000 from Damaji Gaikwar in the year 1150 Arba and mortgaged his Pargana
te principal together with interest at 18% amounting to Rs. 13823 in all was to be realised from the revenue of Bishanpur at the rate of Rs. 4607-8-6 per year and the whole was to be recovered in three years and the Pargana was to be returned in 1153 Arba. A dispute for succession between Uday singh and Jorawar singh resulted in the attachment of the State by the Sarkar. Thus the State remained for two years under the management of the Government. Inspite of the recovery of his money Damaji remained in possession of the Pargana. U day singh is intending to approach Shreemant.

संवस्थाना कडे सनवाद बाकी सरकारची साल गुदस्ता सन तीसात वींबक बल्लाळ पस्तीस हजार रुपये उतरली आहे ऐसा आपटे व माधवराव हरी माजी मामलतदार संवस्थानाच जाऊत सरकारचे कारकूनाचे यांनी संवस्थानात ऐवज उत्पन्न तेवीस हजार गुजारतीने जमा खर्च संस्थानाचे बन्दोवरती जमा केले त्यापैकी माजी कमावीसदार चौदा मुळे सिबन्दी वगैरे दर साले सालचा समजोन हजार म्हणतात ऐसी यास ये बिसीचा करार
आपाजी हरी याज कडे ऐवज वाजवी हिसेबाचे रुजूवातीने तेवीस हजार आंगीलाउन देउ रुईने नीघेल त्याचा ठराव हुजूरुन करुन तो या पैकी रुजवात मुळे कमी होतील ते रुपये ऐवज बाकीत वजा पडोन बाकी संवस्थाना कडे केशवराव विठ्ठल याणी द्यावे ते बाकीचे उतरेल त्या पे।। पेशजी ठराव झाला आहे की ऐवज मजरा पडतील माजी अमलदारा कढे विसनपुर परगणा गाईकवाडानी वासदे कर वसुल पडला असेल त्या पे।। सरकार मक्ता यांचा घेतला तो माघारा देवावा त्यात ऐवजी सन तिसाचा ष संवस्थानी यांम वगैर वाकी उगवाबी एसे ठरले होते परन्तु विसनपुर सिबंदी खच वाजवी चौकसीने मजूरा घाबी श्राद्याप सुटले नाहीं सबब बाकी ऐवज करार याचा तो ठराऊन ते वेरीज वजा पडोन बाकी सरकारचा हल्ली ठरेल त्यांत चौथाई ऐवज । ऐवज त्यांच कडे निघाल्यास सरकारचे बाकी विसनपुरा कडे ठेऊन बाकी ऐबज हप्तेबंदीने । पकी त्या पासोन घयावे कदाचीत सरकार घाबा ऐसा लष्करांत ठराव होऊन देण्याची मक्त याची वाकी सन तीसाची येणे तो ऐवज
