હાય તા પૂછ્યું જ શુ? અત્રે ભક્તિ ઉપર શાસ્રકાર ભગવાને
સૌથી વિશેષ ભાર મૂકયો છે, કારણ કે પ્રાર'ભકને-શરૂઆત કરનારને મા સન્મુખ કરવાને એ જ શ્રેષ્ઠ ઉપાય છે. પ્રભુભક્તિ, સદ્ગુરુભક્તિ, ને શ્રુતભક્તિ એ ચેાગમાગ પામવાના મુખ્ય સાધન છે. કારણ કે પૂર્ણ સિદ્ધસ્વરૂપ પ્રભુ આદેશ સ્થાને હાઈ, જીવને ઇષ્ટ લક્ષ્યનુ નિરંતર ભાન કરાવે છે. સદ્ગુરુ, સન્માના પરમ સાધક સાધુપુરુષ સાક્ષાત્ જીવંતમૂર્ત્તિ પ્રત્યક્ષ જીવતા જાગતા જોગી હેાઈ, જીવને પરમ અવલંબનરૂપ થઈ પડી પ્રેરણાખલ આપે છે. અને તેમના વિરહે અથવા તેમની આજ્ઞાએ સત્શાસ્ત્ર પણ પરમ આલંબનરૂપ બની પરમ ઉપકારી થાય છે.
ભક્તિના મહિમા
એમ આ ચેગમીજનું ઉપાદાન-ગ્રહણ જેવા પ્રકારે ઉપજે છે, તેવા પ્રકારે કહી ખતાવવા માટે કહે છે:—
एतद्भावमले क्षीणे प्रभूते जायते नृणाम् ।
करोत्यव्यक्तचैतन्यो महत्कार्यं न यत्क्वचित् । ३० ॥
ભાવમલ મહુ ક્ષીણ થયે, નરને આ ઉપજ'ત; કાર્યં મહત્ ન કરે કદી, અવ્યક્ત ચેતનવત, ૩૦
અઃ— —આ ચાગબીજ ગ્રહણ, ઘણેા ઘણા ભાવમલ ક્ષીણ થઈ ગયે, મનુષ્યને ઉપજે છે, કારણ કે અવ્યક્ત ચેતનવાળા હાય, તે કદી પણ મહત્ કા કરે નહિ.
વિવેચન
ક્ષીણતા
ઉપરમાં જે ચાગબીજ-શુદ્ધ દેવ-ગુરુની ભક્તિ વગેરે કહી દેખાડવા, તેનુ' ગ્રહણ કથારે થાય, તે અહી. અતાવ્યું છે:-જ્યારે આત્માને ભાવમલ, અંદરના મેલ ઘણા ઘણેા ક્ષીણ થયેા હાય, ધેાવાઇ ગયા હૈાય ત્યારે આ ચેાગખીજનું ગ્રહણુચિત્ત બહુ ભાવમલ ભૂમિમાં રાપણ થાય છે, નહિ કે થાડા ક્ષીણ થયેા હેાય ત્યારે. તે તે પુદ્ગલકમ વગેરે સાથે સંબધની યાગ્યતા તે સહજ એવા ‘ ભામલ‘ કહેવાય છે. જીવની આ કાઁસ બધ–ચેાગ્યતા અનાદિ ને સ્વાભાવિક જ છે, અને વૃત્તિ:-તર્—આ, હમણાં જ કહ્યું તે ચેાગબીજનું ગ્રહણ, માયમઢે-તે તે પુદ્ગલાદિના સંબંધની ચેાઞતારૂપ લક્ષણવાળા ભાવમલ, શ્રીને-ક્ષીણ થયે; તે થાડા નહિં પરંતુ, પ્રમૂર્ત-પુષ્કળ, ધણા પુદ્ગલપરાવત્ત'ના આક્ષેપક એવા. નાયતે-ઉપજે છે, પ્રાદુર્ભાવ-પ્રગટપણુ પામે છે, રૃળામ-નરેને, પુરુષાને, પ્રાયે એએ અધિકારી છે, એટલા માટે નરનું ગ્રહણ છે, નહિ તે। આ ચારે ગતિમાં હોય છે. ધણા ભાવમલ ક્ષીણ થયે, —નહિ કે અલ્પ, એટલા માટે કહ્યુ જાયવ્ય ચૈતન્ય:-ચૈતન્ય અવ્યક્ત છે એવા હિતાહિત વિવેકશૂન્ય ખાલ કરે, ન-નહિ, મત્ ારું-મહત્ કાય, અર્થાનુષ્ઠાન આદ્દિ માટુ' કામ, ચત્ વિત કારણ કે કવચિત્ ; પરંતુ વ્યક્ત ચૈતન્મવાળા જ કરે છે,-કે જ્યારે આના (ઘણા ભાવમલના ) ક્ષય અભિમત છે.

Because the fully enlightened Lord, being the ultimate authority, constantly reminds the soul of its true goal. The true Guru, the perfect sage, is a living embodiment, a directly experienced, awake and aware yogi, who becomes the ultimate support for the soul and provides inspiration. And in their absence, or in accordance with their instructions, the scriptures also become the ultimate support and bring great benefit.

"When karmic impurities are diminished, liberation arises in humans. The unmanifest consciousness does not perform any great work anywhere." (30)

The scriptures have shown how the seed of liberation, pure devotion to God and Guru, etc., is acquired. Here, it is explained: When the soul's karmic impurities, the inner dirt, are greatly diminished, washed away, then the seed of liberation is planted in the mind, not when they are only slightly diminished. This is because the karmic impurities are called "bhavamala" (karmic impurities) because they are naturally connected to the subtle body, etc. The soul's inherent capacity for liberation is eternal and natural, and the tendency is that when the seed of liberation is planted, as mentioned earlier, it is planted in the mind, which is characterized by the karmic impurities that are connected to the subtle body, etc. These karmic impurities are diminished, not slightly, but greatly, abundantly, and are the result of many karmic actions. Liberation arises, manifests, in humans, because they are the ones who are eligible for it. Therefore, it is said that liberation arises in humans, not in other beings. This happens in all four states of existence. When karmic impurities are greatly diminished, not slightly, then it is said that the unmanifest consciousness, which is devoid of the discrimination of good and bad, does not perform any great work, such as the performance of rituals, etc., because it is the manifest consciousness that performs such actions, when the destruction of karmic impurities is intended.
