KAVYAPRAKASA-SAŅKETA
Prof. G. H. Bhatt, Director of the Oriental Instutite, Baroda, very kindly lent to me his copy of the Calcutta Oriental Journal containing Rucaka's Samketa.
I express my sense of gratitude to Dr. Lady Vidyagauri R. Nilkanth-Honorary Secretary of Gujarat Vidya Sabha for allowing me the use of the press-copy of K. P. S. and the oldest paper ms. of K. P. in the possession of the Institution.
Muni Shri Punyavijayaji has put me under a deep debt of obligation by supplying references to Sabdańkas which have been of material help in settling the date of Māņikyacandra. Prof. Haribar Bhatt not only found out equivalent dates of the Christian Era fi Indian dates given in the mss., but very kindly also helped me in settling the date of the paper ms. of Kävyaprakāśa.
