भावार्थ : इन पाँच तीर्थंकरों तथा अन्य अजितनाथ आदि २२ तीर्थंकर भगवन्तों एवं गुरुदेवों को नमस्कार करके अध्यात्मसार अर्थात् अध्यात्म का निचोड़ प्रकट करने के लिए उत्साहपूर्वक प्रवृत्त हो रहा हूँ ॥ ६ ॥
शास्त्रात् परिचितां सम्यक् संप्रदायाच्च धीमतां । इहानुभवयोगाच्च प्रक्रियां कामपि ब्रुवे ॥७॥
भावार्थ : इस विषय में शास्त्रों से, तत्वज्ञानी महापुरुषों की सत्य परम्परा से तथा स्वानुभव के योग से भलीभांति परिचित (अध्यात्मसम्बन्धी) किसी अनिवर्चनीय प्रक्रिया का निरुपण करुँगा ||७||
योगिनां प्रीतये पद्यमध्यात्मरसपेशलं ।
भोगिनां भामिनीगीतं संगीतकमयं यथा ॥८ ॥
भावार्थ : जैसे भोगीजनों को ललनाओं के संगीतमय गायन प्रीतिकर होते हैं, वैसे ही योगीजनों को अध्यात्मरस के मनोहर पद्य प्रीतिकारक होते हैं ॥८॥ कान्ताधरसुधास्वादाद् यूनां यज्जायते सुखम् । बिन्दुः पार्श्वे तदध्यात्मशास्त्रस्वादसुखोदधेः ॥९॥
भावार्थ : स्त्रियों के अधरामृत के आस्वादन से युवकों को जो सुखद संवेदन होता है, वह अध्यात्म - शास्त्र के आस्वादनजनित सुखसिन्धु के सामने एक बिन्दु के समान है ॥९॥
