कुरुषु दशसु मनुजाः संख्येयगुणाः तथा भवंति ॥१२१२ ॥ ततः संख्येयगुणा मनुजा हरिरम्यकेषु वर्षेषु । ततः संख्येयगुणा हैमवतहैरण्यवर्षाश्च ।। १२१३ ॥ भरतैरावतमनुजाः संख्येयगुणा भवंति खलु ततः । ततः संख्येयगुणा नियमात् विदेहका मनुजाः ॥१२१४॥ संमूर्छिमाश्च मनुजा भवंति असंख्येयगुणाश्च ततस्तु । एते एव अपर्याप्ताः शेषा पर्याप्ताः सर्वे ।। १२१५ ॥
अर्थ – मनुष्योंमें सबसे थोड़े संख्याते सब अंतर्द्वीपोंमें मनुष्य हैं उनसे संख्यातगुणे दस देवकुरु उत्तम भोगभूमियोंमें हैं । उनसे संख्यातगुणे हरि रम्यक दस दस मध्यम भोगभूमियों में मनुष्य हैं उनसे संख्यातगुणे मनुष्य हैमवत हैरण्यवत जघन्य भोगभूमियोंमें हैं | उनसे संख्यातगुणे भरत ऐरावतके मनुष्य हैं उनसे संख्यातगुणे विदेह क्षेत्र के मनुष्य हैं । विदेहके मनुष्यों से भी असंख्यातगुणे संमूर्च्छन मनुष्य हैं । येही अपर्याप्त होते हैं बाकी सब मनुष्य पर्याप्त ही हैं ।। १२१२ से १२१५ तक ॥। थोवा विमाणवासी देवा देवी य होंति सव्वेवि । तेहिं अंसखेज्जगुणा भवणेसु य द्सविहा देवा ।। १२१६ तेहिं असंखेज्जगुणा देवा खलु होंति वाणवेंतरिया । तेहि असंखेज्जगुणा देवा सव्वेवि जोदिसिया ॥ १२१७
स्तोका विमानवासिनो देवा देव्यश्च भवंति सर्वेपि । तेभ्यः असंख्येयगुणा भवनेषु च दशविधा देवाः ॥१२१६ तेभ्यः असंख्येयगुणा देवाः खलु भवंति वानव्यंतराः । तेभ्यः असंख्येयगुणा देवाः सर्वेपि ज्योतिष्काः ।। १२१७॥
