४०५ अर्थ-सातवें नरकसे निकले हुए नारकी जीव मनुष्यभव नहीं पाते सिंह आदि तिर्यंच योनिमें पैदा होते है ॥ ११५५ ॥ वाल्लेसुय दाढीसु य पक्खीसु य जलचरेसु उववण्णा। संखेजआउठिदिया पुणंवि णिरयावहा होंति॥११५६॥ वाल्येषु च दंष्ट्रासु च पक्षिषु च जलचरेषु उपपन्नाः । संख्यातायुःस्थितिकाः पुनरपि निरयावहा भवंति ॥११५६
अर्थ-सातवींसे निकलकर श्वापद भुजंग सिंह व्याघ्र सूकर गीध आदि पक्षियोंमें मच्छ मगर आदि जलचरोंमें संख्याल वर्षकी आयुको लेकर उत्पन्न होते हैं फिर भी पापके वश नरकमें ही जाते हैं ॥ ११५६ ॥ छट्ठीदो पुढवीदो उव्वहिदा अणंतरं भवम्हि । भन्जा माणुसलंभे संजमलंभेण दु विहीणा ॥११५७॥ षष्ठयाः पृथिवीत उद्वर्तिता अनंतरं भवे । भाज्या मनुष्यलाभे संयमलाभेन तु विहीनाः ॥ ११५७॥
अर्थ-छठे नरकसे निकले हुए मनुष्यगति पाते भी हैं अथवा नहीं भी पाते । परंतु संयम नहीं धारण कर सकते ॥ ११५७ ॥ होजदु संजमलंभो पंचमखिदिणिग्गदस्स जीवस्स । णत्थि पुण अंतकिरिया णियमा भवसंकिलेसेण ।। भवतु संयमलाभः पंचमक्षितिनिर्गतस्य जीवस्य । नास्ति पुनः अंतक्रिया नियमात् भवसंक्लेशेन ॥११५८॥
अर्थ-पांचवीं पृथिवीसे निकले हुए जीवके संयमका लाभ होवे परंतु जन्मके संक्लेशके दोषकर मोक्षगमन नहीं होता ११५८
