मूलाचार
भावानुरागरक्ता जिनप्रज्ञप्ते धर्मे ॥ ७७७ ॥
अर्थ-तपमें तल्लीनहोनेमें जिनकी बुद्धि निश्चित है जिन्होंने पुरुषार्थ किया है कर्मके निर्मूल (नाश ) करनेमें जिनोंने कमर कसी है और जिनदेव कथित धर्ममें परमार्थभूत भक्ति उसके प्रेमी हैं ऐसे मुनियोंके लिंगशुद्धि होती है ॥ ७७७ ॥ धम्ममणुत्तरमिमं कम्ममलपडलपाडयं जिणकरवादं । संवेग़जायसद्दा गिण्हंति महव्वदा पंच ॥ ७७८ ॥
धर्ममनुत्तरमिमं कर्ममलपटलपाटकं जिनाख्यातं । संवेगजातश्रद्धा गृहंति महाव्रतानि पंच ॥ ७७८ ॥
अर्थ-यह अद्वितीय जिनदेव कथित धर्म ही कर्ममल समूहके विनाश करनेमें समर्थ है जो धर्म धर्म फलमें हर्ष होनेसे उत्पन्न श्रद्धा सहित हैं वे ही सत्पुरुष इस धर्मको ग्रहण करते हैं तथा पांच महाव्रतोंको पालते हैं ॥ ७७८ ॥ सच्चवयणं अहिंसा अदत्तपरिवजणं च रोचंति । तह बंभचेरगुत्तिं परिग्गहादो विमुत्तिं च ॥७७९ ॥
सत्यवचनं अहिंसा अदत्तपरिवर्जनं च रोचंते । तथा ब्रह्मचर्यगुप्तिं परिग्रहात् विमुक्तिं च ॥ ७७९ ॥
अर्थ-सत्यवचन अहिंसा अचौर्य ब्रह्मचर्यका पालन और परिग्रहत्याग इन पांच महाव्रतोंको अच्छी तरह चाहते हैं ॥७७९॥ पाणिवह मुसावा, अदत्त मेहुण परिग्गहं चेव । तिविहेण पडिकंते जावजीवं दिढधिदीया ॥७८०॥
प्राणिवधं मृषावादं अदत्तं मैथुनं परिग्रहं चैव । त्रिविधेन प्रतिक्रामंति यावजीवं दृढ़धृतयः ॥ ७८०॥
