२२५ हैं-माता पिता आचरणशिथिल दीक्षागुरु श्रुतगुरु राजा, पाखंडी, श्रावक, यक्षादि देव तथा ज्ञानादिमें शिथिल पांच तरहके साधु ।। पासत्थो य कुसीलो संसत्तोसण्ण मिगचरित्तो य । दसणणाणचरित्ते अणिउत्ता मंदसंवेगा॥ ५९३ ॥ पार्श्वस्थश्च कुशीलः संसक्तोऽपसंज्ञो मृगचरित्रश्च । दर्शनज्ञानचारित्रे अनियुक्ता मंदसंवेगाः ॥ ५९३ ॥
अर्थ-संयमीके निकट रहनेवाला, क्रोधादिसे मलिन, लोभसे राजादिकी सेवा करनेवाला, जिनवचनको नहीं जाननेवाला, तप और शास्त्रज्ञानसे रहित जिनसूत्रमें दोष देनेवाला-ये पांच पार्श्वस्थ आदि साधु दर्शन ज्ञान चारित्रमें युक्त नहीं हैं और धर्मादिमें हर्षरहित हैं इसलिये वंदने योग्य नहीं हैं ॥ ५९३ ॥ दंसणणाणचरित्तेतवविणए णिचकाल पासत्था । एदे अवंदणिजा छिद्दप्पेही गुणधराणाम् ॥ ५९४ ॥ दर्शनज्ञानचारित्रतपोविनयेभ्यः नित्यकालं पार्श्वस्थाः । एते अवंदनीयाः छिद्रप्रेक्षिणो गुणधराणाम् ॥ ५९४ ॥
अर्थ-दर्शन ज्ञान चारित्र तपविनयोंसे सदाकाल दूर रहनेवाले और गुणी संयमियोंके सदा दोषोंके देखनेवाले पार्श्वस्थ आदि हैं इसलिये नमस्कार करने योग्य नहीं हैं ॥ ५९४ ॥ समणं वंदेज मेधावी संजतं सुसमाहितं । पंचमहव्वदकलिदं असंजमजुगंछयं धीरं ॥५९५ ॥
