मूलाचार
तस्मात् सर्वप्रयत्नेन विनयत्वं मा कदापि त्यजेत् । अल्पश्रुतोपि च पुरुषः क्षपयति कर्माणि विनयेन ॥५८९॥
अर्थ-इसलिये संयमी पुरुष सब प्रयत्नोंसे विनयभाव कभी न छोड़े। थोड़ा श्रुत ( आगम ) जाननेवाला भी पुरुष इस विनयसे कर्मोंका नाश करदेता है ॥ ५८९ ॥ पंचमहव्वदगुत्तो संविग्गोऽणालसो अमाणी य। किदियम्म णिजरही कुणइ सदा ऊणरादिणिओ५९० पंचमहाव्रतगुप्तः संविग्नः अनालस: अमानी च । कृतिकर्म निर्जरार्थी करोति सदा ऊनरात्रिकः ॥ ५९० ॥
अर्थ-पांच महाव्रतोंके आचरणमें लीन, धर्ममें उत्साहवाला, उद्यमी, मानकषायरहित, निर्जराको चाहनेवाला, दीक्षासे लघु ऐसा संयमी कृतिकर्मको करता है ॥ ५९० ॥ आइरियउवज्झायाणं पवत्तयत्थेरगणधरादीणं । एदोसि किदियम्मं काव्वं णिज्जरहाए ॥ ५९१ ॥
आचार्योपाध्यायानां प्रवर्तकस्थविरगणधरादीनां । एतेषां कृतिकर्म कर्तव्यं निर्जरार्थ ॥ ५९१॥
