मूलाचारप्रायके अनुकूल बोलना, देश योग्य कालयोग्य अपना द्रव्य देनाये सब लोकानुवृत्ति विनय है । अपने प्रयोजनकेलिये हाथ जोड़ना अर्थनिमित्त विनय है ॥ ५८२ ॥ एमेव कामतंते भयविणओ चेव आणुपुव्वीए । पंचमओ खलु विणओ परूवणा तस्सिमा होदि॥५८३
एवमेव कामतंत्रे भयविनयः चैव आनुपूर्व्या । · पंचमः खलु विनयः प्ररूपणा तस्येयं भवति ॥ ५८३ ॥
अर्थ-इसीतरह काम पुरुषार्थके निमित्त विनय करना कामतंत्र विनय है भयके कारण विनय करना भयविनय है । पांचवां जो मोक्षविनय है उसका कथन अब करते हैं ॥ ५८३ ॥ दसणणाणचरित्ते तवविणओ ओवचारिओ चेव । मोक्खमि एस विणओ पंचविहो होदि णादव्वो५८४
दर्शनज्ञानचारित्रे तपसि विनयः औपचारिकश्चैव । मोक्षे एष.विनयः पंचविधो भवति ज्ञातव्यः ॥ ५८४ ॥
अर्थ-दर्शनविनय ज्ञानविनय चारित्रविनय तपोविनय औपचारिक विनय-इसतरह मोक्षविनयके पांच भेद हैं ऐसा जानना ।। जे दव्वपज्जया खलु उवदिट्ठा जिणवरोहिं सुदणाणे । ते तह सद्दहदि णरो दंसणविणओत्ति णादवो॥५८५
ये द्रव्यपर्यायाः खलु उपदिष्टा जिनवरैः श्रुतज्ञाने । तान् तथा श्रद्दधाति नरः दर्शनविनय इति ज्ञातव्यः ५८५
अर्थ-श्रुतज्ञानमें जिनवरदेवने जो द्रव्य पर्याय कहे हैं उनको उसीतरहसे जो मनुष्य श्रद्धान करता है उसे दर्शनविनय जानना ॥ ५८५॥
