कृतिकर्म चितकर्म पूजाकर्म च विनयकर्म च ।
कर्तव्यं केन कस्य वा कथं वा कस्मिन् वा कृतिकृत्वः ॥५७६ कियंत्यवनतानि कति शिरांसि कतिभिः आवर्तकैः परिशुद्धं । कतिदोषविप्रमुक्तं कृतिकर्म भवति कर्तव्यं ॥ ५७७ ॥

अर्थ — जिससे आठ प्रकारके कर्मोंका छेदन हो वह कृतिकर्म है, जिससे पुण्यकर्मका संचय हो वह चितकर्म है, जिससे पूजा करना वह माला चंदन आदि पूजाकर्म है, शुश्रूषाका करना विनयकर्म है । वह क्रिया कर्म कौन करे किसका करना किस विधिसे करना किस अवस्थामें करना कितनी वार करना । कितनी अवनतियोंसे करना कितनी वार मस्तकमें हाथ रखकर करना कितने आवर्तीसे शुद्ध होता है कितने दोषों रहित कृतिकर्म करना । इसप्रकार प्रश्नोंपर विचार करना चाहिये ॥५७६/५७७॥ कृतिकर्म विनयका एकार्थ है इसलिये विनयकी निरुक्ति करते हैं;जाविणेदि कम्मं अट्ठविहं चाउरंगमोखो य । ता वदंति विदुसो विणओति विलीणसंसारा ५७८ यस्मात् विनयति कर्म अष्टविधं चातुरंगमोक्षश्च । तस्मात् वदंति विद्वांसो विनय इति विलीनसंसाराः ॥ ५७८ अर्थ — जिसकारण आठ प्रकारके कर्मोंका नाश करता है चतुर्गतिरूप संसारसे मोक्ष करता है इसकारणसे संसार से पार हुए पंडित पुरुष उसको विनय कहते हैं ॥ ५७८ ॥ पुव्वं चैव य विणओ परुविदो जिणवरेहिं सव्वेहिं । सासु कम्मभूमिसु णिच्चं सो मोक्खमग्गम्मि ॥ ५७९ ॥
