मूलाचारपापविश्रुतिपरिणामवर्जनं प्रियहिते च परिणामः। ज्ञातव्यः संक्षेपेणैषः मानसिको विनयः ॥ ३७९॥ .
अर्थ-हिंसादिमें व सम्यक्त्वकी विराधनामें जो परिणाम उसका त्याग करना, धर्मोपकारमें व सम्यक्त्वज्ञानादिमें परिणाम होना-वह मानसीक विनय संक्षेपसे कहा गया है ॥ ३७९ ॥ इय एसो पचक्खो विणओ पारोखिओवि जं गुरुणो। विरहम्मिवि वहिज दि आणाणिहिस्सचरिआए ३८० इति एषः प्रत्यक्षः विनयः पारोक्षिकोपि यत् गुरोः । विरहेपि वर्तते आज्ञानिर्देशचर्यायाः ॥ ३८० ॥
अर्थ-इसतरह यह प्रत्यक्ष विनय कहा । और जो गुरुओंके विरह होनेपर अर्थात् परोक्ष होनेपर उनको हाथ जोड़ना, अरहंतादिकर उपदेश किये हुए जीवादिपदार्थोंमें श्रद्धान करना और उनके कहे अनुसार प्रवर्तना-वह परोक्ष विनय है ॥ ३८० ॥ अह ओपचारिओ खलु विणओ तिविहो समासदो
भणिओ। सत्त चउव्विह दुविहो बोधव्वो आणुपुवीए ॥३८१॥ अथ औपचारिकः खलु विनयः त्रिविधः समासतो भणितः । सप्त चतुर्विधः द्विविधः बोद्धव्यः आनुपूया ॥ ३८१॥
अर्थ-वह औपचारिकविनय तीनप्रकार वाला भी क्रमसे सात चार दो भेदवाला जानना चाहिये । अर्थात् कायिकविनयके सात, वचनविनयके चार, मानसीकविनयके दो भेद हैं ॥ ३८१ ।। अन्भुट्टाणं सण्णदि आसणदाणं अणुप्पदाणं च । किदियम्म पडिरूवं आसणचाओ य अणुव्वजणं ३८२
