१४९ अर्थ-आतापनादि उत्तर गुणोंमें उत्साह, श्रमको निराकुलतासे सहना, प्रीति और छह आवश्यकोंमेंसे कमती बढती नहीं करना ॥ ३७० ॥ भत्ती तवोधियम्हि य तवम्हि अहीलणा य सेसाणं। एसो तवम्हि विणओ जहुत्तचरित्तसाहुस्स ॥ ३७१॥ भक्तिः तपोधिके च तपसि अहेलनां च शेषाणां । एष तपसि विनयः यथोक्तचारित्रसाधोः ॥ ३७१ ॥
अर्थ-तपसे अधिक मुनियोंमें और बारह प्रकार तपमें भक्ति करना-सेवा करना तथा इनसे बाकीके उत्कृष्ट तप नहीं पालनेवाले मुनियोंका तिरस्कार नहीं करना अर्थात् सब संयमियोंको नमस्कार करना वह शास्त्रकथित चारित्रको पालनेवाले मुनियों के तपमें विनय होता है ॥ ३७१ ॥ काइयवाइयमाणसिओत्तिअतिविहोदु पंचमो विणओ सो पुण सव्वो दुविहो पञ्चक्खो तह परोक्खो य ३७२ कायिकवाचिकमानसिक इति च त्रिविधस्तु पञ्चमो विनयः । स पुनः सर्वो द्विविधः प्रत्यक्षस्तथा परोक्षश्च ॥ ३७२ ॥
अर्थ-उपचार विनयके तीन भेद हैं-कायिक वाचिक मानसिक । उसके भी प्रत्येकके दो दो भेद हैं-प्रत्यक्ष और परोक्ष ॥ ३७२ ॥ ___ अब कायिकविनयको चारगाथाओंसे कहते हैंअन्भुट्ठाणं किदिअम्मं णवण अंजलीय मुंडाणं । पच्चूगच्छणमेदे पछिदस्सणुसाधणं चेव ॥ ३७३ ॥
अभ्युत्थानं कृतिकर्म नमनं अंजलिना मुंडानां ।
