બતાવો, અગર તેને જીવનના શ્રેષ્ઠત્વની કલા શીખવવી એના બરાબર છે. આ હેતુ સિદ્ધ કરવા માટે એ તો પ્રત્યેક વ્યક્તિની નસેનસમાં ઉતરી જવાં જોઈએ. નિસર્ગયુક્ત સમાજરચના ફકત જાતિસંસ્થામાં જ સિદ્ધ થાય છે. આજ જગતનો સૌથી શ્રેષ્ઠ અને સૌથી ઉત્તમ કાય છે. સૌથી શ્રેષ્ઠ જાતિને સર્વ હક્કો હોવા જોઈએ, એને સર્વ સગવડતા મળવી જોઈએ, કારણ તેવી બુદ્ધિપ્રધાન જાતિને સર્વ સુખો પર અને સૌંદર્ય પર અધિકાર છે.”
To draw up a Law book like Manu's is tantamount to granting a people mastership for the future, perfection for the future, right to aspire to the highest Art of Life. To that end it must be made unconscious; this is the object of overy holy-lie. The order of castes, the highest dominating Law, is the only sanotion of a nat:ural order, of a natural legislatioa of the first rank over which no arbitrary innovation, no modern idea has any power. The superior caste I call them fewest-has, as the perfect casto, the privileges of the fowest. It dovolves upon them to represent happiness, beauty and goodness, on earth. Only the most intellectual men have right to beauty, to the beautiful. Only in them is goodness, not weakness. Beauty is within reach only of the fow. Goodness is their privilege.
