It is a Jaina work in Prāksta. It gives an account of the three worlds upper, middle and low. Mangalacarana:
श्रीवीतरागाय नमः । ॐ नमः सिद्धेभ्यः ।
आढविहकम्मवियलाणिट्ठियकज्जायणट्ठसंसारा ।
सिद्धसयलत्थसारासिद्धासिद्धि मम दिसन्तु ।। The author's name does not appear in the body of the work. It is attributed to Kundakundācārya in the post colophon statement. Contents as given at the end of the manuscript :

As in the previous number, Medhāvi is given as the name of the scribe of a manuscript copied in Samvat 1519, when Babar Lody was the requiring sovereign at Delhi and Kutub was the Governor of Sinhapuri under him, and there is also at the end a genealogy of the scribe's employer and an account of the Gurus of his school, here Padma Sinha's son is the scribe's patron and the account of the family is much more detailed.

वृषभो वः श्रियं कुर्यात् वृषभाङ्को वृषाग्रणीः । ध्वस्ता रागादयो येन दोषाः सिंहेन वा मृगाः ।।१।।
