Visesartha - The explanation for how the pradeśāgra in the second Samgrahakrsti of krodha is thirteen times more than the first Samgrahakrsti is as follows: Imagine the entire substance of the mohanīya-karma as 49 units according to the aṃka-saṃdṛṣṭi. Out of these, 25 units are the substance in the form of kasāya, and the remaining 24 units, which are less than the asaṃkhyātaveth part, are the substance in the form of nokasāya. Now, when dividing the kasāya-form substance into the twelve Samgrahakrstis of the four kasāyas (krodha, etc.), the substance of the first Samgrahakrsti of krodha remains 2 units, which is slightly more than the 24th part of the entire (49) substance of the mohanīya-karma. During the present Krsṭikaraṇa-kāla, even the entire substance of the nokasāyas gets absorbed into the saṃjvalana-krodha, which then remains established solely in the form of the first Samgrahakrsti of the wrathful one. The reason for this is that the rule of its transformation is only in the form of the first Samgrahakrsti that is to be experienced. In this way, the pradeśāgra (2) of the first Samgrahakrsti of krodha, combined with the nokasāya-substance (24), becomes thirteen times (2 x 13 = 26) the substance of the second Samgrahakrsti of krodha, which is 2 units. Therefore, the Cūrṇikāra has stated it to be thirteen times more.
In this way, the sva-sthāna-alpa-bahutva (intrinsic property of being small or large) indicated by the above sūtra should be understood as follows: The pradeśāgra in the second Samgrahakrsti of krodha is the smallest. In the third Samgrahakrsti, it is specially more. The pradeśāgra of the krodhi in his first Samgrahakrsti is enumerable times more than his third Samgrahakrsti. The sva-sthāna-alpa-bahutva of māna is as follows: The pradeśāgra in the first Samgrahakrsti of māna is the smallest. In the second Samgrahakrsti, it is specially more. In the third Samgrahakrsti, it is specially more. Similarly, the sva-sthāna-alpa-bahutva of māyā and lobha should be understood.
Now, the para-sthāna-alpa-bahutva (extrinsic property of being small or large) is being told.
Cūrṇi-sūtra - The pradeśāgra in the first Samgrahakrsti of māna is the smallest. In the second Samgrahakrsti, the pradeśāgra is specially more. In the third Samgrahakrsti, the pradeśāgra is specially more. Here, the measure of 'specially' is one part out of the asaṃkhyātaveth part of a palya-upama. The pradeśāgra in the second Samgrahakrsti of the krodhi is specially more than the third Samgrahakrsti of māna. Therefore, it is specially more in its third Samgrahakrsti as well.
