## [Verse 167] Description of the Special Features of the Cultivation of the Destruction of Attachment to Conduct
**737.** There are two commentary verses here. **738.** One commentary verse is for the first half of the original verse. **739.** Its explanation is as follows: (114) All cultivations occur according to the rules in countless specific situations. And each cultivation occurs according to the rules in infinite divisions. ||167||
**740.** Explanation: **741.** For a being who experiences the first collective cultivation of anger, each individual component cultivation of that collective cultivation is found in all the component situations related to the second state, and in all the situations related to the first state except for one arising situation.
**Commentary:** This original verse has two commentary verses explaining its meaning. One commentary verse is dedicated to explaining the meaning of the first half of the original verse. Its explanation is as follows: ||737-739||
All cultivations occur according to the rules in countless specific situations. And each cultivation occurs according to the rules in infinite divisions. ||167||
**Specific Meaning:** The statement that all cultivations occur according to the rules in countless specific situations means that the second state of all four passions occurs in a countable sequence. In each of those states, all collective cultivations and their component cultivations are found. It is important to note here that the existing collective cultivation and its component cultivations are also possible in all the situations related to the first state. Similarly, each collective cultivation and its component cultivations are found in all the divisions that have infinite indivisible sections. Therefore, even the most insignificant cultivation is associated with a number of divisions that are infinite in number, compared to the count of indivisible sections. Similarly, one should understand that the remaining cultivations are also associated with divisions that have infinite indivisible section power.
**Commentary:** Now, the explanation of the said commentary verse is given: For a being who experiences the first collective cultivation of anger, each individual component cultivation of that collective cultivation is found in all the component situations related to the second state, and in all the situations related to the first state except for one arising situation. ||740-741||
**Specific Meaning:** For a being who experiences the first collective cultivation of anger, there are two states in that state: the first state of the anger passion and the second state with the designation of the second state. In all the component situations that are as numerous as the time-like component situations related to the second state, all the component cultivations of the first collective cultivation of anger that are experienced are found. However, in all the sub-situations related to the first state, except for one arising situation, all the component cultivations of the first collective cultivation related to the anger passion are found.
