- कसाय पाहुड सुत्त [१५ चारित्रमोह-क्षपणाधिकार ३८०. एत्थ तिण्णि भासगाहाओ। ३८१. तासि समुक्त्तिणं विहासणं च वत्तहस्सामो । ३८२. तं जहा । ३८३. परमाए गाहाए समुक्त्तिणा । (९९) ओवट्टणा जहण्णा आवलिया ऊणिया तिभागण ।
एसा द्विदीसु जहण्णा तहाणुभागे सणंतेसु ॥१५२॥
३८४. विहासा । ३८५. जा समयाहिया आवलिया उदयादो एवमादिहिदी ओकड्डिज्जदि समयूणाए आवलियाए वे-त्तिभागे एत्तिगे अइच्छावेदूण णिक्खिवदि वर्तना-सम्बन्धी मूलगाथाओंमे पहली है । यह द्विसमयकृत-अन्तरावस्थाको आदि करके छह नोकपायोंके क्षपणाकालके अन्तिम समय तक इस मध्यवर्ती अवस्थामें वर्तमान क्षपकके स्थितिअनुभाग-विषयक उत्कर्पण-अपकर्षण-सम्बन्धी प्रवृत्तिके क्रमको बतलानेके लिए, तथा उन घटाये-बढ़ाये गये स्थिति, अनुभागयुक्त प्रदेशोके निरुपक्रमरूपसे अवस्थानकालका प्रमाण अवधारण करने के लिए अवतीर्ण हुई है। इस गाथासे यह भी ध्वनि निकलती है कि उत्कर्षित या अपकर्षित स्थिति-अनुभाग-सम्बन्धी इस प्रवृत्तिक्रमका विचार केवल क्षपकश्रेणीके प्रस्तुत स्थलपर ही नहीं करना चाहिए, किन्तु इसके पूर्व संसारावस्था में भी उसका विचार करना चाहिए । गाथामें यद्यपि शब्दतः वृद्धि और हानिरूप उत्कर्षण और अपकर्पणका ही उल्लेख है, तथापि अर्थतः पर-प्रकृति-संक्रमणको भी ग्रहण करना चाहिए और तदनुसार यह भी एक पृच्छा करना चाहिए कि पर-प्रकृतियोमे संक्रान्त हुआ प्रदेशाग्र कितने काल तक निरुपक्रमरूपसे अवस्थित रहता है। यहाँ ऐसी आशंका नहीं करना चाहिए कि गाथामें अपठित यह अर्थ विशेष क्यों ग्रहण किया जाय ? क्योंकि प्रथम तो यह गाथासूत्र ही देशामर्शक है। दूसरे उत्तरार्धमे पठित 'च' शब्द अनुक्तका समुच्चय करता है। इस गाथाके द्वारा उठाई गई पृच्छाओका उत्तर आगे कही जानेवाली भाष्यगाथाओके द्वारा दिया जायगा ।
चूर्णिसू० -इस मूलगाथाके अर्थका व्याख्यान करनेवाली तीन भाष्यगाथाएँ हैं, उनकी समुत्कीर्तना और विभापा एक साथ कहेंगे । वह इस प्रकार है। उनमें प्रथम भाष्यगाथा की यह समुत्कीर्तना है ॥३८०-३८३॥
जघन्य अपवर्तनाका प्रमाण विभागसे हीन आवली है । यह जघन्य अपवर्तना स्थितियोंके विषयमें ग्रहण करना चाहिए। किन्तु अनुभाग-विषयक जघन्य अपवर्तना अनन्त स्पर्धकोसे प्रतिवद्ध है । अर्थात् जब तक अनन्त स्पर्धक अतिस्थापनारूपसे निक्षिप्त नहीं हो जाते हैं, तब तक अनुभाग-विषयक-अपवर्तनाकी प्रवृत्ति नहीं होती है ॥१५२॥
चूर्णिसू०-इस गाथाकी विभापा कहते हैं-उदयसे अर्थात् उदयावलीसे लेकर एक समय अधिक आवली, दो समय-अधिक आवली आदिरूप जो स्थिति अपकृष्ट की जाती है, वह एक समय कम आवलीके दो विभाग इतने प्रमाणकालमें अतिस्थापना करके निक्षिप्त करता
