Ga. 151] The bondage (bandha) should be contemplated in the four-fold increase (caturvihāya vṛddhi), four-fold decrease (caturvihāya hāni), and in the state of non-increase or non-decrease (avastāne ca).
375. This is the recitation (samukittanā) of the third verse. (97) Invariably, it experiences (vedayati) infinite-fold less (anantaguṇahīṇaṃ) in the anubhāga (intensity of karmic effect),
but in the pradeśaggra (the uppermost limit of the karmic body), it is more (guṇena gaṇanātikāntena) by the infinite-fold series of qualities. \\150\\

377. This is the fifth mūlagāthā. 378. This is its recitation (samukittanā). 379. As follows: (98) What difference (kiṃ antaraṃ) does it make, whether it increases (vaddhai) or decreases (hāyadi), the spiritual benefit (hīdi) and the anubhāga (intensity of karmic effect)?
The increase or decrease, without any order (nirupakramā), continues for some time (keciraṃ kālaṃ). \\151\\
In other words, the transference of pradeśas (space-points) decreases in the present time and increases infinitely-fold in the subsequent times. The pradeśa-bandha (bondage of space-points) should be contemplated in the four-fold increase, four-fold decrease, and in the state of non-increase or non-decrease. That is, the pradeśa-bandha related to the subsequent time may sometimes increase by the four-fold increase, sometimes decrease by the four-fold decrease, and sometimes remain in the same state. The reason is that even in the ascending (āpakkaṇī) yogas, the increase, decrease, and the state of non-increase or non-decrease, all the three are possible.
