[14. The karma of the four types of moha-upsharma-naadhikaara-seshana does not undergo any upshama. 157. The one that undergoes upshama in the first time period is small. The one that undergoes upshama in the second time period is asankhyeya-guna. In this way, it undergoes upshama in an asankhyeya-guna series until it is completely upshammed. 158. [163. Where the sthiti-bandha of the mohaniya karma is sankhyeya-vassa-dvi-diga, from there onwards, with the completion of each sthiti-bandha, another sthiti-bandha is asankhyeya-guna less. 164. With the completion of each sthiti-bandha of the remaining karma, other than the mohaniya karma, of the nabhunsya-veda that undergoes upshama, another sthiti-bandha is asankhyeya-guna less. 165. In this way, with the passing of thousands of sthiti-bandhas, the nabhunsya-veda that undergoes upshama is completely upshammed. ]
[166. When the nasya-veda is completely upshammed, then the stri-veda becomes the upshamaka. 167. At that time, the apurva sthiti-kaanda, which is restrained by the anivritti-karana-samyata-na-pumsaka-veda, becomes the aayukta-karana-upshamaka. That is, from here onwards, the na-pumsaka-veda begins to be upshammed. The remaining karma does not undergo any upshama. The pradeshagra that is upshammed in the first time period is small. The one that is upshammed in the second time period is asankhyeya-guna. In this way, it undergoes upshama in an asankhyeya-guna series until the na-pumsaka-veda is completely upshammed. The udirana of the pradeshagra of any karma that undergoes upshama in the first time period of the nasya-veda is small compared to the higher pradeshas. The udaya of any karma that undergoes upshama is asankhyeya-guna. The pradeshagra of the nabhunsya-veda that undergoes upshama is asankhyeya-guna. The pradeshagra of the upshama-mana nabhunsya-veda is asankhyeya-guna. This is the case until the final time period of upshama. ]
