[Verse 54] The duration of the utmost intensity of pride of the bādarīka (gross, one-sensed) aparyāpta (imperfectly developed) jīva is innumerable times greater than that of the sūkṣma (subtle) paryāpta (perfectly developed) jīva. [Verse 55] The duration of the utmost intensity of anger of the bādarīka aparyāpta jīva is especially greater than that of its utmost intensity of pride. [Verse 56] The duration of the utmost intensity of deceit of the bādarīka aparyāpta jīva is especially greater than that of its utmost intensity of anger. [Verse 57] The duration of the utmost intensity of greed of the bādarīka aparyāpta jīva is especially greater than that of its utmost intensity of deceit.
[Verse 58] The duration of the utmost intensity of pride of the sūkṣma paryāpta jīva is innumerable times greater than that of the utmost intensity of greed of the bādarīka aparyāpta jīva. [Verse 59] The duration of the utmost intensity of anger of the sūkṣma paryāpta jīva is especially greater than that of its utmost intensity of pride. [Verse 60] The duration of the utmost intensity of deceit of the sūkṣma paryāpta jīva is especially greater than that of its utmost intensity of anger. [Verse 61] The duration of the utmost intensity of greed of the sūkṣma paryāpta jīva is especially greater than that of its utmost intensity of deceit.
[Verse 62] The duration of the utmost intensity of pride of the bādarīka paryāpta (perfectly developed) jīva is innumerable times greater than that of the utmost intensity of greed of the sūkṣma paryāpta jīva. [Verse 63] The duration of the utmost intensity of anger of the bādarīka paryāpta jīva is especially greater than that of its utmost intensity of pride. [Verse 64] The duration of the utmost intensity of deceit of the bādarīka paryāpta jīva is especially greater than that of its utmost intensity of anger. [Verse 65] The duration of the utmost intensity of greed of the bādarīka paryāpta jīva is especially greater than that of its utmost intensity of deceit.
[Verse 66] The duration of the utmost intensity of pride of the dvīndriya (two-sensed) aparyāpta jīva is innumerable times greater than that of the utmost intensity of greed of the bādarīka paryāpta jīva. [Verse 67] The duration of the utmost intensity of pride of the trīndriya (three-sensed) aparyāpta jīva is especially greater than that of the utmost intensity of pride of the dvīndriya aparyāpta jīva. [Verse 68] The duration of the utmost intensity of pride of the caturindriya (four-sensed) aparyāpta jīva is especially greater than that of the utmost intensity of pride of the trīndriya aparyāpta jīva. [Verse 69] The duration of the utmost intensity of anger of the dvīndriya aparyāpta jīva is especially greater than that of the utmost intensity of pride of the caturindriya aparyāpta jīva.
