## [Chapter 69] The Gatha Sutra on the Eight Anuyoga Dwaras (15)
**Verse 68**
Those who are suitable for a particular Kṣaya in the present time, were they suitable for the same Kṣaya in the past? And will they be suitable for the same Kṣaya in the future? This should be understood in all situations.
**Verse 69**
Which places are devoid of, and which places are not devoid of, the various categories of use? And one should know the places that are suitable for the beings in the first time, and similarly, the places that are suitable for the beings in the last time.
**Explanation**
This Gatha Sutra provides information about the eight Anuyoga Dwaras for the special knowledge of the beings suitable for Kṣaya. The phrase "Kevaḍiā Uvajuttā" indicates the Anuyoga Dwara of Dravya Pramaṇānugam. This phrase also indicates Sat Pra rūpaṇā, because without Sat Pra rūpaṇā, the activity of Dravya Pramaṇānugam cannot occur. The Anuyoga Dwaras of Kṣetra and Sparśana should also be understood as being included in this phrase, because the activity of these two Anuyoga Dwaras occurs only after Dravya Pramaṇānugam. Thus, the first part of the Gatha Sutra contains four Anuyoga Dwaras. The second part of the Sutra, "Sarisīsu ca Vaggaṇākasaesu," indicates the Anuyoga Dwara of Kālanugam, which is related to both the individual and the collective beings. This part also includes the Anuyoga Dwara of Antarānugam, because Kāla and Antara are seen as interconnected Anuyoga Dwaras. The third part of the Sutra, "Kevaḍiā ca Kasae," refers to the Anuyoga Dwara of Bhāgābhāgānugam. The fourth part of the Sutra, "Ke ke ca Visissade Keṇa," indicates the Anuyoga Dwara of Alpabahutva. This Gatha explicitly mentions the four Anuyoga Dwaras of Dravyānugam, Kālanugam, Bhāgābhāgānugam, and Alpabahutvānugam, and also provides information about the remaining four Anuyoga Dwaras.
**Explanation**
This Gatha examines the possibility and impossibility of the transformation of the beings suitable for Kṣaya, such as anger, in the present time, in relation to the desired use of Kṣaya in the past and future. The first three verses of the Gatha indicate Ogh Praparūpaṇā, and the fourth verse indicates Ādeś Pra rūpaṇā. The Chūrṇikāra will explain this further.
