## Kasaya Pahud Sutta [6 Vedak-Arthadhikari 177-185]
**177. How long does it take for a being to enter the 23rd stage?**
**178. The time is Antomuhurta, both for the least and the most auspicious entry.** Because the time for the destruction of the Samyagmithyatva stage is Antomuhurta, this is the time for entering the 23rd stage.
**179. How long does it take for a being to enter the 24th stage?**
**180. The least auspicious time is Antomuhurta.**
**181. The most auspicious time is two times sixty-four oceans.**
**182. How long does it take for a being to enter the 26th stage?**
**183. There are three possibilities: Anadi-Anant, Anadi-Sant, and Sadi-Sant.**
**184. For the third possibility, Sadi-Sant, the time is the same as the time for the destruction of the Samyagmithyatva stage.**
**185. The time for entering the 25th stage is also Antomuhurta, both for the least and the most auspicious entry.** The time for entering the 22nd stage is Antomuhurta, both for the least and the most auspicious entry. This is because the being who attains Kshayik Samyaktva destroys the Samyagmithyatva stage and remains in the Samyaktva stage until its destruction. Similarly, the time for entering the 25th stage is Antomuhurta, both for the least and the most auspicious entry. This is because the being who attains Upshama Samyagdristi does not disassociate from the infinite attachments and remains in the Upshama Samyagdristi stage for all time.
**Explanation:**
The time for entering the 24th stage is Antomuhurta for the least auspicious entry. This is because a being who has attained Vedak Samyagdristi with 28 stages, disassociates from the infinite attachments and enters the 24th stage after Antomuhurta. This being then attains Mithyatva and enters the 28th stage. The time for entering the 24th stage is two times sixty-four oceans for the most auspicious entry. This is because a being who attains Upshama Samyaktva and enters the 24th stage within the time of Upshama Samyaktva, then attains Vedak Samyaktva and wanders in the realms of gods and humans for two times sixty-four oceans. This being then becomes eligible for the destruction of Darshanmohaniya and destroys Mithyatva, entering the 23rd stage.
