## Introduction
This proves that although the Ṣaṭkhaṇḍāgama Sūtra, composed by Bhūtabali, had an influence on the Yativṛṣabha, there were differences in opinion between the two on some theoretical beliefs. However, the presence of the Ṣaṭkhaṇḍāgama in front of Yativṛṣabha is evident from this.
Besides the Ṣaṭkhaṇḍāgama, another Āgama that was present before Yativṛṣabha was the great text of Karma literature, the Kammapayadī. Its compiler or author is Ācārya Śivasarma, and since commentaries by Śvetāmbara Ācāryas are available on this text, it has been considered a text of the Śvetāmbara sect until now. However, the recent discovery of its Cūrṇikā and the comparative study of the presented Kasayapāhuḍ Cūrṇikā with it leaves no doubt that the Kammapayadī is a text of the Digambara tradition and its Cūrṇikā, printed and published under the name of an unknown Ācārya, is also a work of the same Digambara Ācārya, Yativṛṣabha. A comparison of the Kammapayadī Cūrṇikā with the Kasayapāhuḍ Cūrṇikā will be done later. For now, it needs to be shown that the Kammapayadī was present before Yativṛṣabha and he was well acquainted with it, and he has used it extensively in his Cūrṇikā of the Kasayapāhuḍ.
(1) Based on the mere seed word 'Payadīe Mohanijjā' in the Kasayapāhuḍ, the Cūrṇikāra has created an independent chapter called Prakritivibhakti. In it, the 15 Prakriti sthānas of Mohkarma are described as follows:
Page 57, Sūtra 400: Payaditthāṇavihattīe Puvvaṁ Gamaṇijjā Thāṇasamukttiṇā. 41. Aththi Aṭṭhāvīsāe Sattāvīsāe Chavvīsāe Chauvīsāe Tevīsāe Vāvīsāe Ekavīsāe Terasaṇhaṁ Vārasarahaṁ Ekkārasanhaṁ Pañcaehṁ Chaduṇhaṁ Tiṇhaṁ Doṇhaṁ Ekkisse Cha (15).
That is, there are 15 Prakriti sattva sthānas of Mohkarma: 28, 27, 26, 24, 23, 22, 21, 13, 12, 11, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. The basis of these Prakriti sattva sthānas is the following Gāthā from the seventh chapter of the Kammapayadī:
Egāi Jāv Pañcagamekkāras Bār Terasigavīsā.
Viya Tiya Chauro Chassatta Aṭṭhāvīsā Ya Mohassa. ||1||
The Cūrṇikā of the Kammapayadī has this:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28 Eyāṇi Mohanijjassa Santakkammatthāṇāṇi.
Since the Gāthā mentions the sattva sthānas of Mohkarma in terms of word-numbers, the Cūrṇikāra has counted them in his Cūrṇikā for brevity. However, in the Cūrṇikā of the Kasayapāhuḍ, the Cūrṇikāra is writing his own independent chapter, so he considered it appropriate to count them separately in words there.
Similarly, the basis of the Cūrṇisūtras of Sthiti, Anubhāga, and Pradesh Vibhakti are the Gāthās from the seventh chapter of the Kammapayadī, which is clearly known from the comparison of the two.
(2) In Sthiti Vibhakti, the 12 Kapāyas of the lowest Sthiti Vibhakti, such as Mithyātva, Samyagmithyātva, and Anantānuvandhī, are described as follows:
