Churni-sutra: The soul that transfers the minimum degree of the nature of right belief (samyaktva) is devoid of the presence of false belief (mithyatva), mixed right and wrong belief (samyagmithyatva), and the unending deluding passions (anantanubandhi-kasayas). The soul that transfers the minimum degree of the nature of right belief (samyaktva) regularly transfers the minimum degree of the remaining twelve passions (kasayas) and nine non-passions (nokasayas), i.e., the nineteen karmas. This transfer of the minimum degree is infinitely greater than the transfer of the minimum degree. Similarly, the connection of the transfer of the minimum degree of mixed right and wrong belief (samyagmithyatva) should also be known.
The speciality here is that:
1. Since, in the case of false belief (mithyatva), even in the state of equanimity, there is no special reason for the establishment of the minimum and non-minimum state, there is no contradiction.
2. Here, it is said that the 'established in the sixth place', i.e., the transfer of the minimum degree sometimes exceeds the infinite part, sometimes the innumerable part, sometimes the enumerable part, sometimes the enumerable quality, sometimes the innumerable quality, and sometimes the infinite quality - this should be understood.
3. Because, without these, the arising of the opposite differentiation would be contradictory to the establishment of the minimum degree of right belief (samyaktva).
4. Because, due to the arising of the extremely great degree, and the destruction of the conduct-deluding karma, the minimum degree does not exist here.
5. Because, from the minimum degree of the eight passions (astakasayas), the transfer of the minimum degree generated by the remaining passions and non-passions, the non-existence of the same degree here is not contradictory.
