The twenty-two Saṃkramaṇa-sthānas exist in the Pramatta-saṃyata and other Saṃyama (Vowed Restraint) Guṇasthānas. In the Saṃyata-asaṃyata (Mixed Vowed and Unvowed) Guṇasthāna, there are twenty-seven, twenty-six, twenty-three, twenty-two, and twenty-one Prakṛtika Saṃkramaṇa-sthānas. In the Avirati (Absence of Vows) Guṇasthāna, there are twenty-seven, twenty-six, twenty-five, twenty-three, twenty-two, and twenty-one Prakṛtika Saṃkramaṇa-sthānas. [43]
