It is certainly evident that the Kasayapahuḍa has had an influence on the composition of the Patkhaṇḍāgama. It would not be unnecessary to discuss that influence here.
In the Kasayapahuḍa, there are two Anuyo gadvāras, Darshanamoha-upashāmanā and Darshanamoha-kṣapaṇā, within the Arthādhikāra called Samyaktva. At their beginning, it has been considered that in what condition of karmas, the jīva becomes ready to do the upashāma, kṣaya or kṣayopaśāma of Darshanamoha. This question has been asked in the second line of the 62nd verse of this chapter, "Ke vā aṁse nibandhadi", that which jīva binds the karma-prakr̥tis, which do the upashāman of Darshanamoha? We find the influence of this question of Ācārya Guṇadhara in the three Mahādanda-chūlikā sūtras under the Jīvasthāna-chūlikā of the Patkhaṇḍāgama, where it is clearly stated:
"Idāṇi paḍhamasammattāhi muho jāo payaḍīo bandhadi, tāo payaḍīo kittaissāmo."
(Ṣaṭkhaṁ. Pu. 6 Prathama Mahādanda-chūlikā Sūtra 1) That is, the prakr̥tis which the jīva binds, who has become inclined towards the Prathamopashāma-samyaktva, are called. After making this declaration, the names of those prakr̥tis have been mentioned in the next three Mahādanda-sūtras.
Further, the influence of the question "Ovattūṇa sesāṇi kaṁ ṭhāṇaṁ paḍivvajjadi" of the 64th verse of the Kasayapahuḍa is clearly visible on the following sūtra of the Samyaktva-utpatti-chūlikā, in which the answer to the said question has been given: "Śrohaṭṭadūṇa micchattaṁ tiṣiṇa bhāgaṁ karedi sammattaṁ micchattaṁ sammāmichchattaṁ."
(Ṣaṭvaṁ. Pu. 6 Samy. Sūtra 7) - Now, compare the next verse number 64 with the sūtra number 6 of the same Samyaktva-chūlikā:
Uvasāmento kamhi uvasāmedi? Cadasu vi gadīsu uvasāmedi. Cadasu vi gadīsu
Uvasāto paṁcidīyesu uvasāmedi, ṇo daṁsaṇamoha-suvasāmago du
Eindiya-vigalidīyesu. Paṁcidīyesu uvacadasu vi gadīsu voddhvyo.
Sāmento saganīsu uvasāmedi, ṇo asaraṇīpaṁcidīyo ya saraṇī
Su. Saganīsu uvasāto gaṭhabhovak-kaṇṇiyamā so hoi pajjatto.
Tīyesu uvasāmedi, ṇo sammucchimesu. (Kasaya. Gā. 64)
Gaṁbhovak-kanṇtiyesu uvasāto pajjacaesū uvasāmedi, ṇo apajjattaesū. Pajjattaesū uvasāto saṁkhejjavassāuge-su vi uvasāmedi, asaṁkhejjavassāuge-su vi.
(Patkhaṁ. Pu. 6 Samm. Chū. Sū. 6) Similarly, compare the verse number 110 related to Darshanamoha-kṣapaṇā with the sūtra number 12 and 13 of the same chūlikā.
