१०८ कसाय पाहुड सुत्त
[३ स्थितिविभक्ति अविहत्तिया च विहत्तिओ च । १०४. सिया अबत्तिया च विहत्तिया च । १०५ एवमेत्थ तिण्णि भंगा। १०६. अजहणियाए हिदीए सिया सब्जे जीवा विहत्तिया । १०७. सिया विहत्तिया च अविहत्तिओ च । १०८. सिया विहत्तिया च अविहत्तिया च । १०९. एवं तिणि अंगा। ११०. एवं सेसाणं पण्डीणं कायव्यो । १११. जधा उक्करसहिदिवंधे णाणाजीवेहि कालो तथा उक्करसहिदिसंतकम्मेण कायव्यो। ११२. णवरि सम्मत्त-सम्मामिच्छत्ताणमुक्कस्सहिदी जहण्णेण एगसमओ । ११३. उकस्सेण आवलियाए असंखेजदिभागो। जघन्य स्थितिविभक्तिके करनेवाले भी जीव पाये जाते है । इस प्रकार यहाँ जघन्य स्थितिविभक्तिमे ये उपयुक्त तीन भंग होते हैं ॥१००-१०५॥
चूर्णिस्तू ०-मिथ्यात्यकी अजघन्य स्थितिकी विभक्ति करनेवाले कदाचित् सर्व जीव होते है । कदाचित् अनेक जीव विभक्ति करनेवाले होते है और कोई एक जीव विभक्ति नहीं करनेवाला होता है । कदाचित् अनेक जीव विभक्ति करनेवाले और अनेक जीव विभक्ति नहीं करनेवाले होते है। इस प्रकार मिथ्यात्वकी अजघन्य स्थितिविभक्तिसम्बन्धी नानाजीवोकी अपेक्षा तीन भंग होते है। इस प्रकार शेप प्रकृतियोकी भी नानाजीवसम्बन्धी भंगविचयप्ररूपणा करना चाहिए ॥१०६-११०॥
अव नानाजीवोकी अपेक्षा उत्कृष्ट स्थितिसत्त्वके कालका निरूपण करनेके लिए उत्तर सूत्र कहते है
चूर्णिमू०-जिस प्रकारसे मोहकर्मप्रकृतियोंके उत्कृष्टस्थितिबन्धमे नानाजीवोकी अपेक्षा कालका निरूपण किया है, उसी प्रकारसे यहॉपर भी सोहप्रकृतियोंके उत्कृष्ट स्थिति-सत्त्वका कालप्ररूपण करना चाहिए । अर्थात् सम्यक्त्व और सम्यग्मिथ्यात्व, इन दो प्रकृतियोको छोड़कर शेप छब्बीस प्रकृतियोके उत्कृष्ट स्थितिसत्त्वका जघन्यकाल एक समय और उत्कृष्टकाल पल्योपमके असंख्यातवे भागप्रमाण है। किन्तु सम्यक्त्व और सम्यग्मिथ्यात्व, इन दो प्रकृतियोके उत्कृष्ट स्थितिसत्त्वका जघन्यकाल एक समयमात्र है ॥१११-११२॥
विशेपार्थ-इसका कारण यह है कि मोहकर्मकी अट्ठाईस प्रकृतियोकी सत्तावाला और उत्कृष्ट स्थितिवाला मिथ्यादृष्टि जीव जब वेदकसम्यक्त्वको प्राप्त होता है, तव उसके प्रथम समयमे ही मिथ्यात्वकर्मकी उत्कृष्ट स्थितिको सम्यक्त्व और सम्यग्मिथ्यात्व, इन दोनोमे संक्रमण करता है, सो संक्रमण होनेके प्रथम समयमे ही इन दोनो प्रकृतियोंका उत्कृष्ट स्थिति-सत्त्व कमसे कस एक समयमात्र पाया जाता है ।
चूर्णिसू०-सम्यक्त्व प्रकृति और सम्यग्मिथ्यात्व, इन दोनों प्रकृनियोके उत्कृष्ट स्थितिसत्त्वका उत्कृष्टकाल आवलीके असंख्यातवे भागप्रमाण है। इसका कारण यह है कि मोहकर्मके उत्कृष्ट स्थितिमत्त्ववाले मिथ्याप्टि जीव निरन्तर आवलीके अग्नंग्यातये भागमात्र काल तक ही वेदकसम्यक्त्वको प्राप्त होते हुए देखे जाने हैं ॥११३॥
