Translation:
The living beings who are the infinitesimal part of all living beings, and the living beings who are the infinite and non-supreme part, are the binders of the non-supreme and non-base sthiti, respectively, one should know.
In the 'Parimana-prarUpana' anuyogadvara, the consideration of the quantity of the living beings who bind the supreme, non-supreme, base, and non-base sthiti of karmas within one samaya (instant) has been done. For example, the living beings with the division of the supreme sthiti of mohaniya-karma are innumerable. The living beings with the division of the non-supreme sthiti are infinite. The living beings with the division of the base sthiti are countable, and the living beings with the division of the non-base sthiti are infinite. In this way, the description of the quantity of the living beings with the division of all the mula-karmas and their uttara-prakriti has been done through this Parimana-anuyogadvara.
In the 'Kshetra-prarUpana' anuyogadvara, the consideration of how many kshetras (spatial regions) the living beings who bind the supreme sthiti, the non-supreme sthiti, and the base-non-base sthiti reside in, has been done. In the present context, mohaniya-karma is intended, thus the living beings with the division of its supreme sthiti reside in the innumerable part of the loka, and the living beings with the division of its non-supreme sthiti reside in the entire loka. Similarly, one should know the kshetra of the living beings with the division of the jaghanya and ajaghanya sthiti. In this way, the description of the present-time kshetra of all the mula-karmas and their uttara-prakriti has been done in this anuyogadvara.
