## Kasaya Pahud Sutta
[1 Page-dosavihatti (3) Page or Dos or Kamma Kasaya in whom and of what Nay.
Dutto or Kamma in Dava Piyayade Ko Kahi Va Vi. ||21||
88. In this Gaha, the explanation of the previous part is given. As- Negamanaya and Sangrahanaya, Krodha Kasaya is Dvesha, Mano Kasaya is Dvesha. Maya Kasaya is Preya, Lobha Kasaya is Preya.
(3) In which-which Kasaya, in which-which Nay, the expectation of Preya or Dvesha is there? Or which Nay in which Dava gets Dvesha and which Nay in which Dava behaves like Preya? ||21||
**Special Meaning:** The meaning of this Asanka-sutra is that what is Preya and Dvesha, what is their relation with Kasaya, what are the subjects of these Preya and Dvesha, and this Jiva filled with Raga-Dvesha, which Dava he considers as Dveshakar or harmful and behaves with Dvesha in them, and which Dava he considers as Priyakar or beneficial and has Raga in it? The author has given information about raising such questions and solving them.
In this way, by saying Asanka-sutra, Gunadharacharya has not said the answer to it in the form of a Sutra, therefore, the meaning to be explained further is without Nirnibandhan-relation, Abhidheya etc.
and not becoming Durvahar-klishta or Duruh, therefore, Yativrupbhacharya explains the meaning indicated by the said Asanka-sutra through the reference of the further Sutras.
**Churnisoo:** The special explanation of the first part of this Gaha should be done. It is as follows: In the expectation of Naigamanaya and Sangrahanaya, Krodha Kasaya is Dvesha, Mano Kasaya is Dvesha. Maya Kasaya is Preya and Lobha Kasaya is Preya. ||88||
**Special Meaning:** The reason for calling Krodha Kasaya as Dvesha in the expectation of Naigama and Sangrahanaya is that due to the cause of anger of the angry person, Agame Santap is produced, the body starts trembling, the radiance of the face becomes dull. Similarly, due to the excess of anger, a person also becomes blind, deaf and dumb. The memory power of an angry person is lost. The angry person also kills his own relatives like mother, father, brother, sister etc. In this way, Krodha Kasaya is the root of all evils and therefore it is called Dvesharup. Similar to anger, Mano Kasaya is also called Dvesha in the expectation of the said two Naya. The reason for this is that Mano Kasaya is inseparable from Krodha Kasaya, i.e. it is produced regularly after Krodha. The proud person who does Mano Kasaya, although he tries to become high by showing others as low, but first he has to
