कसाय पाहुड सुत्त [क्षपणाधिकार-चूलिका संछुहदि पुरिसवेदे इत्थीवेदं णवुसयं वेव। सत्तेव णोकसाए णियमा कोधम्हि संछुहदि ॥ ४ ॥ कोहं च छुहइ मागे माणं मायाए णियमसा छुहइ । मायं च छुहइ लोहे पडिलोमो संकमो त्थिं ॥ ५ ॥ जो जम्हि संछुहतो णियमा बंधम्हि होइ संछुहणा। बंधेण हीणदरगे अहिए वा संकमो णथि ॥६॥ बंधेण होइ उदयो अहिओ उदएड संकमो अहिओ। गुणसेढि अणंतगुणा बोद्धव्या होइ अणुभागे ॥ ७ ॥ बंधेण होइ उदओ अहिओ उदएण संकमो अहिओ। गुणढि असंखेजा च पदेसग्गेण बोद्धव्वा ॥ ८॥
स्त्रीवेद और नपुसकवेदका पुरुपवेदमें संक्रमण करता है। पुरुपवेद तथा हास्यादि छह इन सात नोकपायोंका नियमसे संज्वलनक्रोधमें संक्रमण करता है ॥४॥
संज्वलनक्रोधको संज्वलनमानमें, संज्वलनमानको संज्वलनमायामें, संज्वलनमायाको संज्वलन लोभमें नियमसे संक्रमण करता है । इस प्रकार इन सब मोहप्रकृतियोंका अनुलोम ही संक्रमण होता है, प्रतिलोम संक्रमण नहीं होता ॥५॥
जो जीव जिस बंधनेवाली प्रकृतिमें संक्रमण करता है वह नियमसे बन्धसदृश ही प्रकृतिमें संक्रमण करता है; अथवा बन्धकी अपेक्षा हीनतर स्थितिवाली प्रकृतिमें संक्रमण करता है । किन्तु बन्धसे अधिक स्थितिवाली प्रकृतिमें संक्रमण नहीं होता। ॥६॥
वन्धसे उदय अधिक होता है और उदयसे संक्रमण अधिक होता है । इस प्रकार ।। अनुभागके विषयमें गुणश्रेणी अनन्तगुणी जानना चाहिए ॥७॥
भावार्थ-विवक्षित एक समयमे अनुभागके वन्धकी अपेक्षा अनुभागका उदय अनन्तगुणा होता है और अनुभागके उदयसे अनुभागका संक्रमण अनन्तगुणा होता है।
वन्धसे उदय अधिक होता है और उदयसे संक्रमण अधिक होता है। इस प्रकार प्रदेशाग्रकी अपेक्षा गुणश्रेणी असंख्यातगुणी जानना चाहिए ॥८॥
भावार्थ-विवक्षित एक समयमें किसी एक विवक्षित प्रकृतिके प्रदेशवन्धसे उसके प्रदेशोंका उदय असंख्यातगुणा अधिक होता है और प्रदेशोके उद्यकी अपेक्षा प्रदेशोंका संक्रमण और भी असंख्यातगुणा अधिक होता है ।
