The male Veda transmigrates to the female Veda and the neuter Veda. The male Veda transmigrates to the six, including laughter, etc., of the seven noksa-paayas, by the rule of the burning anger. || 4 ||
The burning anger transmigrates to the burning mind, the burning mind to the burning delusion, the burning delusion to the burning greed, by the rule. Thus, the transmigration of all these moha-prakritis is in the forward direction, not in the reverse direction. || 5 ||
The being who transmigrates to a binding nature, transmigrates to a nature similar to the bond by the rule; or transmigrates to a nature of a lower position than the bond. But it does not transmigrate to a nature of a higher position than the bond. || 6 ||
The arising is greater than the bond, and the transmigration is greater than the arising. Thus, in the matter of the anubhaga, the guna-shreni should be known as infinite. || 7 ||
**Meaning:** The arising of the anubhaga is infinite times greater than the bond of the anubhaga, and the transmigration of the anubhaga is infinite times greater than the arising of the anubhaga, at a given time.
The arising is greater than the bond, and the transmigration is greater than the arising. Thus, the guna-shreni should be known as innumerable times greater than the pradesagra. || 8 ||
**Meaning:** At a given time, the arising of the pradesas of a particular prakriti is innumerable times greater than the pradesa-bandha of that prakriti, and the transmigration of the pradesas is even innumerable times greater than the arising of the pradesas.
