7 19-32] Number of Violations of Vows and Conduct
189 Violations of Country-Declared Vows
1. Accepting the rule of the region but, when necessary, not going oneself and instead sending a message to request an object from outside.
2. Sending a message - when the need arises outside the approved limits of a place, not going oneself and not having someone else fetch the object, but instead, instructing a servant or similar to complete the task while sitting.
3. Calling a person outside the accepted limits by causing them to come closer with a cough or similar.
4. Not making any sound and indicating to another person through gestures, etc., to approach.
5. Informing someone to come closer by throwing stones, pebbles, etc.
Violations of Anartha-Danda-Viraman Vows
1. Engaging in inappropriate speech and jokes out of infatuation.
2. Making physical gestures akin to a jester besides playful or harmful speech.
3. Speaking irrelevant and excessive nonsense without regard.
4. Repeated instructing without consideration of necessity, continuously providing various instruments to another for their tasks.
5. Keeping more items than necessary, such as clothes, ornaments, oil, sandalwood, etc.
Violations of Samayika Vows
1. Moving hands, feet, and other limbs unnecessarily and badly.
2. Speaking useless and harmful language without understanding or purpose.
3. Under the influence of anger, betrayal, or other disturbances, engaging in mental activities such as pondering.
4. Lack of enthusiasm in Samayika, meaning not engaging even when it is time or only partially engaging.
5. Loss of memory - lack of concentration leading to an inability to remember the purpose of the Samayika.
Violations of Poushadha Vows
1. Offering unobserved and unverified items - discarding feces, urine, mucus, etc., without seeing whether a life form is present or not, and without using a gentle instrument for cleaning.
2. Taking and keeping items like wood, benches, etc., without observing them properly and not cleaning them.
3. Spreading bedding or a seat without verification and cleaning.
4. Lack of enthusiasm - trying to engage in Poushadha without genuine effort.
