Excesses of 'Brahmacarya' - 1. Marrying someone else's offspring - Marrying the offspring of someone else due to the desire for the fruits of giving away a daughter or out of affection. 2. Engaging with a courtesan or similar woman during the period that has been accepted by another. 3. Engaging with a courtesan whose husband has gone abroad, or with a woman who is an orphan or not in the possession of any man. 4. Unnatural enjoyment of love contrary to nature. 5. Intense lustful desire - repeatedly stimulating various forms of sexual enjoyment. 23.
Excesses of 'Aparigraha' - 1. Exceeding land and property standards - After determining the standards for agricultural land and habitable property, violating limits due to greed. 2. Exceeding standards of gold and silver - Violating accepted standards of both refined and unrefined silver and gold. 3. Exceeding standards of wealth and grains - Violating accepted standards of livestock (like cows and buffaloes) and grains (like wheat and millet). 4. Exceeding standards of servants - Violating standards related to employees, such as workers and servants. 5. Exceeding vessel and cloth standards - Violating standards of utensils and garments. 24.
Excesses of 'Digviramana' - 1. Vertical transgression - Breaking accepted standards of height due to desire or other disturbances while climbing trees, mountains, etc. 2-3. Lower and horizontal transgression - Similarly breaking standards of going down or sideways due to attachment. 4. Field expansion - After accepting different standards for different directions, if the main topic arises in the direction with lesser standards, decreasing a certain part from the accepted standards of the other direction to increase the standards of the desired direction. 5. Forgetfulness of remembrance - Knowing that the foundation for adhering to each rule is remembrance, but forgetting the nature or limits of the rule due to negligence or attachment. 25.
