Tattvarthasūtra
There are somewhat more than two ocean-like conditions.
The highest state of the first is the lowest state of the subsequent.
The lowest conditions of the Sudharma-etc. realms are gradually as follows—
In the first heaven, there is one ocean-like condition; in the second, it is somewhat more than one ocean-like; in the third, there are two ocean-like conditions; in the fourth, it is somewhat more than two ocean-like; from the fifth onward, all the heavenly realms have the same lowest condition as the highest condition in their respective previous heavenly realms. Accordingly, the somewhat more than seven ocean-like highest condition of the fourth heavenly realm is indeed the lowest condition of the fifth; the highest condition of ten ocean-like of the fifth is the lowest in the sixth; the fourteen ocean-like highest condition of the sixth is the lowest in the seventh; the seventeen ocean-like highest condition of the seventh is the lowest in the eighth; the eighteen ocean-like highest condition of the eighth is the lowest in the ninth and tenth; the twenty ocean-like highest condition of the ninth and tenth is the lowest in the eleventh and twelfth; and the twenty-two ocean-like highest condition of the eleventh and twelfth is the lowest in the first gravitational realm. In the same way, the highest condition of the lower gravitational realms is the lowest in the upper gravitational realms. Following this order, the lowest condition of the ninth gravitational realm is thirty ocean-like conditions. In four anuttara vimanas, the lowest condition is thirty-one ocean-like conditions. There is no difference between the highest and lowest condition of the Sarvārthasiddhi; there, the condition is thirty-three ocean-like conditions.

The lowest condition of Narakas
In the second to the first levels of Narakas, the highest condition of the earlier is the lowest condition of the subsequent.
In the first level, the lowest condition is ten thousand years.
The sequence of the lowest condition of the Narakas from the second to the seventh is the same as that of the gods given in verse 42. According to this, the one ocean-like highest condition of the first level is the lowest condition of the second. The three ocean-like highest condition of the second is the lowest in the third. The seven ocean-like highest condition of the third is the lowest in the fourth. The ten ocean-like highest condition of the fourth is the lowest in the fifth. The seventeen ocean-like highest condition of the fifth is the lowest in the sixth. The twenty-two ocean-like highest condition of the sixth is the lowest in the seventh. The lowest condition of the Narakas in the first level is ten thousand years.
